The drive through employee was extremely unprofessional when I went here on 9/8 in the morning; so much so I said to her forget it after placing a considerable order. I left and went to the Danbury Arby's 27 miles away and the next closest in the area (I love Arby's) where they were very nice people and very courteous. I sent Arby's corporate a complaint as well. PS Nobody ever answers the phone either after I tried to speak to the manager. There are too many food options to put up with rude employees.
Fast, clean, nice staff, food as you would expect. Not gourmet by any standard, generic Sysco style ingredients. Everything came hot, and fries tasted better than the Bourbon Beef...
Excellent associates!! Helped me decide when I was having a hard time deciding!! Wife loved the mac and cheese bites!!!! Thank you for having great employees and great food!! Will continue to go here!!
I was referred to go here for an issue with my class c rv tires. Everyone here was so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond, answered all of my questions, and resolved my issue very quickly. I will always remember how much they helped me and treated me with respect. I highly recommend them.
Quick and friendly service. Cheese sauce from this location is actually good. Got the Good Burger 2 meal and that was excellent. Totally recommend
Outstanding! People were so pleasant I almost forgot I was in New York. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Keep doing what you're doing. If it isn't already this should be a training location. Seriously! Every single person I encountered was excellent. Thank you!
Curly fries rule! Beef n cheddar is so tasty. Serve yourself soda fountain to mix and match flavors. I had speedy service during lunch hour. Not a lot of "atmosphere"(it's a highway rest stop on 17K) but then that's not why you go to Arby's! THEY HAVE THE...... CURLY FRIES! ????
I had a delightful meal with my son and his wife I was not thrilled with the restaurant itself but the food was good and the milkshake was wonderful
