Service was slow. Waited over 10 minutes for a sandwich and fries and they weren't even very busy. When I finally got my order the fries were old and cold and had to ask for fresh ones to be made. Roast beef was still pink but didn't bother asking for it to be remade. Lobby was clean and staff was friendly. Between the time that I was waiting for my order and eating inside at least 7 customers had a problem with their order. This took away from the atmosphere.
Hey did Not put my fries in bag and didn't notice until Op far away to go back! Hate. Paying for food and not going what I paid good money for!!! me over $10.00! Reuben sandwich good burger very dry. So so...3 stars nothing great to say. Win be back...????️????

William was the guy who took my order, he was excellent! Very good customer service. He explained the items so well on the menu as if he created them. Take care of employees like this they actually make your company look great!
The service was okay. I had curly fries that were served to me stale and cold. I had to request fresh ones. The server provided fresh ones and upsized them. Unfortunately they weren’t the best tasting even being a fresh batch.
If I could give zero stars I would. They tell you they are making your food fresh but when you get it nothing is fresh it is all hard and inedible after having to pull up and wait for them to bring it oit.

The girl taking order is very rude and start arguing.
After the pandemic this country has become garbage.
For example, Arbys is an example. It's supposed to open at 7am and it's 7:52am and I don't even sit down without ordering, they leave the customers and they take me out of the place with groceries and other things that I don't want to mention.
Arbys should review its restaurants because they are working very poorly, it is clearly evident that the pandemic has passed and the truck drivers are dogs now before we were HEROES.
Super clean! Food was hot and tasty. Excellent dining experience. Super friendly staff.
