The girl who took my order was nice however she did not put the condiments that I requested in the bag. The crispy chicken sandwich I ordered was not fresh it was cool rather than hot and fresh like it should have been. I kinda had a feeling it would be because I was the only one in the Drive-Thru and it took about a min for her to hand me my order. Furthermore it looked and tasted to be cooked in old oil. Arby's use to be a place to go to for fast fresh food, considering my past few experiences I know longer believe this to be true. If I should decide to return to this location, I will request my food to be dropped fresh. It's unfortunate I would have to do this.
Picked up an online order today and as usual the person giving me my order was very nice. Only issue is consistent low food quality. Today's fries were definitely not fresh and my sandwich was poorly assembled and packaged. I wish, especially for the price, they would pay more attention to food quality.
Fruity black dude lucky I didn't backhand those braces outta his mouth ????ain't my fault you 30 with braces and ain't working a real man's job. Trust me ur better off eating at the Taco Bell across the street they're actually respectful
The renovation is nice and the food is surprisingly good, but this location is understaffed. One worker has to juggle the drive through and front register so there is always a wait.
The young man at the drive thru was very nice, well mannered and polite. Food was good!
Waited in line for 20+ minutes, 10 it was at the window itself. No employee there the entire time. When they did show up, I was handed food, then asked if I had paid or not. Then after saying no was asked what my order was after I was already handed a mystery bag of food. I say what my order was, and then was told I was given the wrong order and was asked to hand it back. Was then told my order would be made right away. Didn't stick around to see how long that would take. Absolute horrible service for a place that has sandwiches with 2 ingredients on it.
Cold curly fries what???? Was here at 11:15 pm the only things that was hot was the cheese sauce trying to be sly giving me cold curly fries!!
Usually good, but they need to add more bacon on the chicken bacon swiss sandwich. It looks as if they put crumbs off the corner of the bacon on there. What happened to at least two slices of bacon. And the chicken sliders are usually just bread with a tiny pinch of chicken. But customer service is really nice.
