I was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for my food. I saw 2 other cars waiting. I waited over 20 minutes for my food. Saw an older guy bring food out to the car next to me 3 different times. Looked like it was the wrong order as he left with the bag. Car behind me was brought food twice, I assume one of those bags was mine. I finally go inside, NO ONE at the front counter. Girl at the drive thru is running from a bee. The manager was looking for something by the sink. NO ONE was making orders!! Hot food area had racks full of mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers. Not sure why my order was never made or remade. Cas was the manager, unapologetic stated they had a rush. No, 4 cars is not a rush!! Worst experience ever!! I got a refund and left.
Nastiest roast beef I've ever seen or had. Took one bite of the first sandwich and spit it out. Due to poor lighting, the picture doesn't do justice. This is burnt to a crisp.
I dont really do this much but I just wanted to say how great Anna I believe her name is ans she does a amazing job. I do come late at night to get my food and she takes great care of me. My food is always hot ans fresh. But the last few nights it has been dry and cold that I dont even want to eat it after spending so much money on it. Also the people seem really pissed off with me bc I came so late. So thank u so much Anna keep up the amazing job

I travel all over and live here in Marshall and can absolutely say this is the worst Place to eat at. I’m not sure if this is possibly due to the owner or just shitty leadership bit you willl never get the right amount of meat ever. I love Arby’s but this place is horrible. Consistently horrible So I guess there trained to be consistently horrible.
Ordered the brisket sandwich. Meat was tough and the bun was dry and tough. But the curly fries were good.
To go ...our usual roast beef and fries. It's always hot and delish and accurate. We find a shaded spot nearby and chow down!????
Bought 2 for $6 classic roast beefs
The one sandwich had a reasonable amount of roast beef the other one was a bun with a few slivers of roast beef ????. It isn't a deal they just short you on the meat! And the $3 lemonade is all ice with three sips of juice
