Ya know, we been on the road for 8 hours. Stopped, ordered, went to hotel. The young man at register and took order was awesome. He even asked the girl cooking if I could get my 1000 island dressing for the Reuben on the side. She said yes! Guess what? Didn't get any. How hard is that? Must be equal opportunity employment. There really is no excuse. Bravo young man from Perry Georgia. You were on your game.
Service was faster than expected and the workers were very nice! We had 3 little kids on a long road trip, and the gentleman working made sure we had a relaxed and enjoyable lunch! Everything we had was fresh minus the mozzarella sticks ???? - We would not get those again.
I use to love this Arby's but it sucks now! First thing is she kept laughing while we was ordering so it seemed like she wasn't focused on her job. We had to repeat our food 4 different times and they got it wrong after 4 times and our Coke tasted like carbonated water. We spent 50 dollars on this food that tasted awful. I won't be back
We visited the Scottsburg location today as we have several times in the past as we are local and while the food was OK I noticed the microwave being used a lot and the manager rushing the cook to get food out. The dining room, counter and bathroom were disgusting! The whole place needs to be pressure washed and scrubbed! I hate to see the condition of the kitchen if the tables and floors cannot be cleaned appropriately and everyone was standing around on their phones including the manager who was leaning over the front counter. I’ve read earlier reviews and I don’t need an “I’m sorry” we enjoy Arby’s especially this location so please take pride in this restaurant and manage it properly!
Went through the drive-thru at lunch time on a weekday. There was a little bit of a line and it took a while to be addressed at the speaker in the drive-thru. After that the line moved quickly. As usual the food is a bit expensive but tasty. I had the smokehouse brisket sandwich and it was particularly good. It looked like it was sort of small, but turned out to be very filling.
A little slow on the drive through but amazing and delicious
They have the meats and the food is better than any other fast food chain in America! You can fight me on this one but I’m sticking to it
I wish to give a ZERO STAR. It is the worst fast food I have ever got. The chicken burger ????????. Is this really curly fries?
