I can always count on Arby's being of quality for fast food. I would prefer it over most fast food because it is consistent and always yummy. So if you're in a hurry and you don't want fried food check them out.
Service was great. Employees made us feel welcome. The price is outrageous but that's sadly very common these days
Got Arby's classic beef and cheddar...thank goodness I looked in it to put on Arby's sauce because their was a hair tangled in the meat. Wasn't mine....I'm brunette. That ended my appetite. This is why they make hair nets.
Good food but the service is always extremely slow, and I've seen two guys stand at the counter so long once they just walked out.
The worst Arby's ever. They served me this sandwich when they wouldn't eat it themselves
I also saw a employee used the same gloves she used to collect money and attempted to prepare my food. I stopped her. Be careful when eating out. You can become very sick from their negligence. This meat was very hard and dark. It should look a golden brown
The food was good quality and the employees were friendly. It took quite a while to get our food, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant, but at least the place was quite clean.
This place is horrible. What has happened to the employee's and the management? There used to be a guy named Jason that worked there. He was there almost every night. He had people's orders memorized, and the store was super clean. Sometimes if the service was slow, he would make small talk with you in the window while the cook finished up. It made seem like it wasn't taking that long, and he had the funniest jokes. What happened to that guy?
The parking lot could use some work but Timothy was wonderful. His vibe and positive tone. After a weekend of horrible customer service in Sherman TX and a horrible day, I had a pleasant experience here. It made my day better. You don’t realize how far being nice and kind can go.
