Best WLM Reviews
Stopped here to get some lunch to go. People were nice and friendly. Place definitely needs a lot of work. The food was OK. I got two chicken wraps. I got less chicken than crunch in it.
Bathrooms are probably the most disgusting I’ve ever experienced at any gas station/restaurant in my life. There seems be a general lack of attention to cleanliness in this location and as well as enthusiasm for being/working here. I’d suggest anyone stay out of the building when coming here and just get gas and leave. If you chose to enter, I suggest heavy use of hand sanitizer before during and after.
Arby's is where you eat when you can't find anywhere else. Customer service is always stellar. Expect digestive infractions. Curly fries are safe.
Hi, I am truly sorry for the lady and her dad. My deepest appreciation for your service to our country. This Arby's is by far one of the best I've been to and I've been to hundreds all over the nation as a truck ???? driver.
The only thing that I can really complain about is the meat, there's too much meat. they should give me some extra bread :)
We just stopped at this location. My husband started filling up while I brought my kids inside to use the restroom and get snacks. The clerk yelled out that there was only one set of bathrooms (in Arby’s) and that they’re closed. Meanwhile, the gas (overpriced) was flowing very slow. We stopped the pump; the receipt that came out was a blank piece of paper. Do better, Shell/Arby’s Travel Stop. Do better.
Shouldn't have stopped, but we love Arby's. Wasn't ran well, food was not top quality. I guess because it was a gas station fast food joint.
They would not accept a gift card. The bathrooms were disgusting.
After I sent this review, Arby's replied below, with a link. I clicked on the link. It stated, "404 - File or directory not found." One should definitely avoid this Arby's, and never ever click on a link from the Arby's organization.
The food was ok, typical Arby's food, we only went there because we were on the road and there weren't many options. A large lemonade is the size of all other places medium, for the price you would expect more. The employees were not friendly and just all around seemed like they didn't want to be there. The bathroom was nasty, the toilets were horrible and there was trash on the floor. You can tell some women were there for the truckers entertainment... This is definitely not a kid friendly place.
