While eating here a HUGE rat was running around the dining room and into the kitchen. Our food was served cold even after we asked for fresh fries. Employees clearly do not care about the quality of the food or to listen to what the customer asks for.
What’s up with this location? I like Arby’s but this location is run down. I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s insane. Pita bread was hard and stale, barely any meat on my gyro. Employees act like they don’t want to help. Soda machine is out of everything. I came in a month or so ago and there was a large dog sleeping on the floor in the dining area, there were homeless people and their belongings all over the restaurant tucked under the seats.
They were out of the condiments in the dining area and since it was slow I would have thought they would address that but they didn't. Had to ask for Arby's sauce and ketchup from behind the counter. I even had to call out because there was no one in site.
Order a turkey bacon ranch sandwich from this location a small curly fry and a cup of cheddar. Added pictures this is what I received for 13 dollars. No bacon, soggy bread and not even enough turkey to cover sandwich. Like seriously what is wrong with this. Arby's would you pay 13$ for this sandwich??? Ridiculous and the dark haired New York or Jersey girl working the window seems like she just loves her job and is so polite literally threw my change out the window a few weeks back and dropped all my sauces as she tossed them into the bag she already handed out the window. No wonder Arby's all over Pinellas are closing
My wife loves this place. The Beef n Cheddar is very expensive for what you get, in my opinion. The portions of meat they give you on the sandwiches is inadequate in comparison to the size of the bun.
They "have the meats" but they don't want to give it to you ????????
1st the soda machine is broken. And the lady that took my order and handed me my food was pretty rude. When you take somebody’s card, you should say something and when you hand someone their food you tell them to have a good day. She did not say a word
Arby's is known for the roast beef sandwiches so tell me how I made an online order and they had no roast beef ...I had to wait 20 minutes after getting here for an order that was supposed to be ready at the time I arrived.... Y'all got one job ...make the roast beef ...make sure it's enough for the day... Signed an exhausted mom who just worked a double and all she wanted to do was eat dinner
Beef & Cheddar need I say more. Sometimes you just have to go through it. Went through the drive through and got a stern admonishing for not telling them I had coupons when I ordered. As I was once an Arby's employee I let him have his joy.
