Got their $8.50 bourbon bbq brisket sammich & these idiots forgot the crispy onions so I get left with this flat, bs nothing. Eff this place ????????
Got the waygu burger and it was raw in the middle. Manager kept telling me that’s how they come in and go out and that if we want it we’ll done then we should tell them. However there is no warning for raw meat on menu. Anyways I went back and got another one and after taking a couple bites into the burger there was still some slight pink. The burger can make people really sick and deserve to be sued if they do. It’s a good thing im a man and I’m not pregnant otherwise they’ll hear it from my lawyers
After being ignored to order. I specifically ordered ranch chicken wraps I get home to see they gave me all honey mustard wraps like how is that even close to what I said. Then order a shake that’s basically half whipped cream because they put at the bottom and the top guess y’all are just to lazy to y’all jobs.
WOULD NOT recommend eating here whatsoever. They just sold me a RAW chicken sandwich! I’m more upset due to the fact that I’m pregnant and do my best to chose items that should be fully cooked on any fast food menu. So disgusted and will never eat here again.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Paid nearly $14 for a meal only to get home and realize my large order of fries had probably half the order of a medium size. Called the store to ask for a refund of the difference but was told by Alex there wasn’t anything she could do.
My husband just went to this place we live less then 3 minutes away food was cold old and not fit to eat. Biscuit was so dry and hard it just broke into pieces the sausage was old cold and hard. For the money we spent should have been able to eat something but in the trash it went because even my dogs wouldn't eat it. Do better. Maybe some retraining on how long to keep for in the warmers and what is fit to serve ur customers. Not the 1st time but definitely the last.
So, this is the second Arby's in Fort Wayne I have been to in the last month. It's Lent. The service was great! The floors were really clean! Our food was hot. When I asked for more stuff on my sandwich as it didn't look like the picture, the counter lady gave me a heaping ramekin of lettuce and tartar sauce. Good job! Way better than the Illinois Rd Arby's. BTW, when I wrote my review of Illinois rd, they told me to tell someone else. Wow.
It was very clean, the food was good, service was nice and quick. It was very cold for me, but that's better than the muggy heat outside.
