I ordered doordash, the order was ready quickly. When it arrived the fries were do cold you could taste the grease! The sprite was pure carbonation! I called not their problem they say it was “sitting awhile “ . It wasn’t cooked fresh to start with and the sprite is an issue with them. I was going to ho up there to get another sprite and bring them this one back oh no it’s a door dash issue NOT!!! I am done with this place! 3rd time i have had an issue but i kept giving them a chance! Not anymore!! It’s not the drivers fault they provided very poor quality food and drink.
I was given a coupon...in Jacksonville for a "buy ANY sandwich, get 1 free." The kid at the window went back & forth w/me insisting that it only included regular roast beef sandwiches. When I told him for the 3rd time it specified ANY, a girl asked me to pull to the window. Once doing so, she then tried to tell me my coupon (again rcvd in Jacksonville) was for the Richlands locations only. I had to then tell her that I got it in Jacksonville. It wasn't til then that I rcvd my sandwiches. The lemonade had a metal taste also. I won't visit this location again.
I eat at fast food restaurants once in a blue moon just because of the reputation they have. I do enjoy jalapeno peppers so I stopped by to get some at the drive through. I get home with my large fry and poppers and was very upset to find, I was given half a box of fries. A large fry should be a full box not half people. That's it for me, last time going there.
Did not get what I paid for..... no where near for as much as it cost.. at least could of spread the sauce. Guess I had to get to the center to taste it. Smokehouse Burger
Would leave no stars if possible for this location.
Over 4 separate orders we've yet to get sandwiches correct. Not complicated sandwiches either, just asking for a classic roast beef that always ends up with varied sauces on it in the wrong onion bun (like attempted beef n cheddar but they leave off the cheddar... idk what they are attempting). PLUS after the numerous mistakes, I finally called today to speak with the manager and he was unwilling to listen and resolve the issues. We were also over charged and he denied our extra food that was paid for. Plus the wrong sandwiches, again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND eating at this Arby's, best to drive a few extra minutes to another location.
Great place for a quick bite. I had Honey BBQ Bourbon Brisket. Food was great as service followed suit
I stopped at the drive through to pick up a sandwich on the way home from an event. The order was correct and the food was hot. All good.
Don't order online and pickup. They pack all of the hot food(which should be) into a enclosed plastic bag. This only traps in the heat and sweats and ruins the food.
