First time dining at this location. The biggest praise I have for them is their abundantly clean restaurant. The dining area was immaculate; restrooms were the same way. Not a spot on any table as far as the eye could see. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. They brought it to the table in record time also. I was impressed with this visit overall. We will certainly keep this option open for a revisit in the future. Good job here, keep it up.
Every sandwich and burger we got the bread wet and soggy and smashed. It was gross and when I called up there they said it was cuz the meet was fresh. And when I told her that all good and dandy but I wasn't looking for an excuse why it was soggy even if it is fresh the bread still shouldn't be wet smashed and soggy and then they hung up on me.
Great experience! Customer service was outstanding. Maegan did a wonderful job waiting on everyone in the restaurant in a timely and friendly manner. It was quite busy and yet all food came out hot and quickly. I ordered mozzarella sticks, a double beef and cheddar and two buffalo sliders. Each one was tasty and fresh.
Quick pick up for my husband & myself. Ordered on the app, quick and easy-peasy! Food is always good at Arby's!
Food was hot, fresh, and ready quickly. Service is friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant and bathrooms are clean. Atmosphere is nice.
Don't get the burger. Mine was cold. I asked for mayo and they gave me salad dressing. If they had told me that in advance, I would have ordered the roast beef instead. They should stick to roast beef and chicken, their burgers and non-competitive.
I like the original half pound Arby's, Arby's sauce or horsey sauce, I did try their big cheeseburger which was excellent, it comes deluxe
I used the Arby's app to place an order it sent the order to the wrong store when I arrive at the store the person at the window said oh this happens all the time told me that I would have to then order food in order to get the food even though I already paid for it in the app and he could clearly see that I tried to cancel the order Arby's doesn't allow you for you to cancel the order I then tried to get a refund and while someone did reach back out to me saying oh I am so sorry please give me your information so I can issue a refund never happened I've contacted her several times through email they still ignore it I do not recommend using their app. Their food is too expensive to be treating their customers so poorly they should actually pay attention to customers
