Nothing like placing an entire $33 Door Dash meal because I was craving Arby’s sauce and added like 7 packets to my order to which I received ZERO packs of Arby’s sauce.
I really don’t understand how hard it to read an order and ensure that all items are in the bag. No horseradish either. Kinda shocked they remembered the ketchup for my Curly Fries, which were really good.
Traveling through today after a Cross country meet in Portage. Met Hannah here.....this Arby's assistant manager. When she asked if we wanted to donate to Arby's No kid hungry we politely declined. Hannah's response: "Are you sure you don't want to feed hungry kids? Well you must be bad people." Needless to say, after addressing the situation with the manager we decided to ask for a refund for our meal. First of all, Hannah does not know anyone's ability to donate money. Secondly, we have the right to decline without a back handed comment. My family chooses not to donate through fast food companies because our family operated business donates thousands of dollars directly to other foundations yearly. I am good on allowing these fast food chains to profit from tax right offs for our donations. I do not need to explain my choices to anyone. Let alone some child working a drivethrough window. I have seen the other reviews directly addressing Hannah and her attitude. She should not be working anywhere in customer service. Her disrespectful behavior shows that she is not grown enough to even be behind the counter of a fast food restaurant.
Dirty restaurant floors sticky, garbage everywhere. Service was horrible. No meat on the roast beef sandwich.rude employees yelling and cussing in the kitchen definitely won’t be back arbys has gone down hill
I blame Arby’s for promoting the young girl Hannah to a shift lead. She lacks the maturity and professionalism it takes to run a store for any amount of time. Sales are already low at this location. But poor customer service, on top of mediocre food wont cut it. Howard is an exceptional employee and respectable man. You would think she would pick up some skills from him but clearly she don’t have respect for that. I speak mainly of her because mainly when you go there she’s on duty. Arby’s need to re evaluate her position immediately. I’m a very respectful person to my core. So over time, these instances build up and become too frequent to just stay silent. I would say avoid going here but they already barely have business so…
We were driving through the area on a road trip and decided to stop and have lunch. It's a very clean establishment and the food was hot and fresh at 12 pm on a Sunday.
Had a huge online order and when I arrived I was welcomed with a smile and the staff hard at work making sure everything was prepared correctly, packaged, and helped me take the bags out to the car. Thank you again Arby’s on Capital. You won Saturday night for my family ????????????
Please explain how you can serve a French dip sandwich with cold au jus? Cold au jus! Ruined the whole meal.
The food was great and the girls working were very nice! Will definitely be going back soon.
