The overall parent share at this location is much improved since the remodel. However the food service itself is quite slow. I was kept waiting almost ten minutes before I placed my order.
Rotted roast beef. Had 30 mins for lunch. Waited 18 minutes in line, 1 person ahead of me. Went hungry for lunch because I had 0 time to go back after I left the drive through.
It's always slow here when I come. But, the food is always made fresh and tasty. The staff is polite, too.
I had fresh food which is a big deal for me. I went there on 11/17 which was yesterday and I went to drive through, there was a very friendly lady that I think is new because I’ve never seen her before. She was so nice and spoke very kind. She even let me know that she was waiting on my fries that’s what I like to be aware of why I’m sitting. Her name started with a S but I hope the next time I come she is who takes my order and serve me my food. I want to say great job to this lady and keep being friendly.
Slow and not so nice_update.
I decided to give Arbys another chance , oh boy I had to wait to clam down a week before I wrote this.I want to be fair but the Manager there is insane. Not only is she lazy and rude but she not above lying and actually breaking the law. I went in there and ordered a coke or Pepsi .It was special hrs 2-5 pm dollar menu. She said 1o7 sir I repil ed I only had a dollar but it was 90 plus out I'm 60 yrs old with COPD was feeling very faint and couldn't I at least have. some water for my dollar she said I need 1.07.
So I left went to the gas station that's part of the same building and asked for help the man there immediately came to my aid with cold bottled water and low dose aspirin and wouldn't take payment paid FOR Me out his own pocket.
I went back into Arbys
having to take some photos for the review.
The manager asked me what I was doing, I told her taking photos for your Google review.
She then informed me that I was going to jail.
So I took that as she didn't want me in there so I left.
As I was riding away on my bike she accosted me in the parking lot with a phone to her ear and asked "why you leaving? I repiled cause I don't like you.Then she said where you going? I said to file my review. I waved goodbye.
To be fair if she wasn't happy with me for any reason she could have asked me to leave.
She never asked me to leave.
Savory goodness is around the corner after Michigan exit in South Bend. It is one of those hybrid business, a gas station also housing a fast-food joint, Arby's. Let your nose lead the way whichever door you choose. Staffs were professional, meal prep was fast, and the atmosphere is cozy. Recommend you stop by when in the area.
My car died here tonight and the manager of Arby's has a heart of gold. He really went above and beyond trying to help me and jump my car. I really appreciate what he did today and he's an awesome man who deserves a raise!
