Most of the food came out fresh outside of mine brisket sandwich.room temp. The dining room got cleared out before we even got our food and most of them came in after us. They did come out messy I am very dissatisfied. Look at the pictures for y'all self.
It really is a nice Arby's. It's pretty easy to get in and out of. It's clean, the food is decent and for the most part not terribly expensive. Inside there's plenty of seating, and a few tables outside as well. At least one has a handicap seat. As a perk for travelers, there are outlets and USB charging points at every booth.
Apparently they just reopened after a very long hiatus. Every Arby's closed, from what I understand, within a very long radius that expands like at least 2 hours (except for a little mini station/truck stop somewhere just an hour and a half south or so maybe an hour I don't know but I ain't driving an hour for a truck stop Arby's.... Or even to get blessed by Jesus himself so no offense)... I don't know why all the Arby's closed within an hour or two of Redding however I went to the smoke shop and I saw there was a very long line and I didn't care if the line extended all the way to Cypress avenue I was going to get in it and man I wasn't even hungry.... Was supposed to be taking my dog to the park but that didn't happen. Got some nuggets for my dog and three buffalo sliders it was everything that I remember. Just chicken and bread the right kind of bread the right kind of chicken that was tender and doused in that sexy spicy buffalo vinegary concoction and that's all that needed to be on it and my God no one else sells this thank God for Arby's... That sliced roast beef covered in artery clogging liquid cheese.... The chicken was tender everyone there was cool just Jesus Christ hell yeah for this place I'm pretty sure they could serve cockroaches and I'm going to be happy as long as they slather it in that delicious Arby's sauce however this place is open it is June 22nd 2021 and you can now revisit this Arby's coming in m************ b****** be open. I'm not going to lie I got a few packets of Arby's sauce just to drink as an aphrodisiac for later. If you cherish your marriage I suggest you do the same.
Shoutout to David who made this stop a wonderful experience. Can’t remember the last time I had such excellent service at a fast food joint. Also super clean and updated location.
**Abysmal Service: An Unforgettable Nightmare**
My recent visit to this establishment was met with an unparalleled level of incompetence and rudeness that has left me both aghast and utterly disappointed.
Upon arriving, I was immediately confronted with the news that the fryers were down. While I understand the frustration such a setback can cause employees, it is unacceptable for them to take it out on paying customers.
Instead of apologizing and offering alternative menu options, the staff members displayed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. They spoke in hushed tones, rolled their eyes, and made it clear that their inconvenience was far more important than the satisfaction of their customers.
I order ahead and apparently picked 9:30 pick up time, I pulled away and waited from 9:13-9:30 pulled back in and was told it was not 9:30… it was 9:28. So I waited the 2 minutes and still faced the same problem… Mariah
Miss. Mariah refused to make the food and also could not refund or cancel the online order. So $30 short and without the food I ordered I left the establishment vowing never to return. The appalling service I experienced not only ruined my dining experience but also left a lasting impression of incompetence and disrespect.
I urge potential customers to avoid this establishment at all costs. Your time, money, and dignity are far better spent elsewhere
We ordered 2 huge online orders several items customized and they get everything exactly how we ordered it. Everything tasted fresh and delicious and they didn't miss a single item. The only negative I have is that the cook was a bit short with the cashier/bagger who just seemed like he was trying to communicate what he needed ect. And I as a customer witnessed it which is never really good for customers to see.
The food was awful the bread was stale you couldn't find a drop of juice and a half pound beef sandwich a cheddar and beef sandwich with 2 drinks was $33.00 redi,culous
Love using the app, very quick service, and always super fresh! The best chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks! There is huge savings on the app, too! My phone died, so I said screw it. I'll just order at the window, and then I realized the burgers weren't 2 for 6$ they were 2 for 9$! I let my phone charge and ordered through the app feeding my 4-person family for 21$ :)
