Best WLM Reviews
Went in as a first time Uber eats delivery driver. Not a single customer in the store. I had to wait almost 5 minutes before I guess the evening manager came to take my order. Politely told her what I was there for. She waved her hand at a small shelf near the register and said that's where our to go orders are as she walked away. The bag I would have been taking was over the counter. Not knowing, of course I wasn't just going to take something. I haven't had that poor of customer service in almost 10 years. If you can't treat customers right, then maybe customer service isn't your thing
Asked for cheese with curley fries. The cup had so little cheese you could see the bottom of the cup. Ordered a #1 classic. The amount of cheese was laughable. Ordered a coke and got dr pepper. Wow! Good job guys!!
This Arby's is exceptional, I always have a good experience here and the staff is always friendly. Today, they didn't have what my kids wanted, but it all turned out great because Dyanna, who took our order at the drive-thru, proactively helped us satisfy a complicated order for the picky children. I rarely review a fast food restaurant, but I had to recognize Dyanna for her quality customer service.
Always a good roast beef sandwich! The double roast beef had soooo much meat on it this time! It was really good!
Super friendly staff ( Ken M ) Excellent service. And they open at 9 am.
Pretty good place for quick take out. Got the beef and cheddar and it was really good. But their milkshakes is straight up ice cream lol. I could not suck that milkshake through a straw. I literally ate it with a spoon. So I don’t recommend them.
Bizarre drive through interactions. I can't recall the entire interaction, but instead of saying pull up or something normal the guy said some yee-haw speak no one here uses. We were asked for curly or whatever kind of fries and we said curly, yet we didn't get those fries. I swear I get a run by people from another planet vibe from Arby's and this interaction only served to reinforce that vibe.
Food was great. Treatment not so much. Who ever is working and is manager at this minute just hung up I wanted to know her name so I could call back at 3-4 (she said she might have time around then to check) and find out my answer-if I left my bank card there. Was told she couldn’t check I asked name so I can talk to her later she said I don’t have time and hung up. Very nice.
