Had issues so i contacted corporate since there was no manager there. The GM called me and was refunding my order...never got my refund and had to dispute with my credit card
We ordered the 5 for 5 beef and cheese, 2 jalapeno sliders and medium curly fries. But no fries.... I tried to call them but no one would answer the phone 30 minutes before closing.. I want my money back. I'm taking the food back the morning and requesting a refund...

Giving you a one star until you start asking if people want condiments also don't put chocolate chop cookies in with a hot sanwhich I have a melted mess.
I would have taken one packet of each instead I have to drive back to get the sauce and they give me 15 packets for a small sandwhich. Please train your people right.
Excellent customer service from the female working the drivethru. Everything was fresh and hot and tasted great.
I went in with a coupon 2 for $6 chicken choice. If i would have know they were going to cut 1 chicken patty in half. I would have gladly drove around the corner to Wendy's. My cheese was bigger than my chicken patty. They initial forgot the bacon on one of my sandwiches but were gracious to provide when we drove back. If i would have seen the patty was cut in half when I went back for the bacon I would have just gotten my $$ back. Really disappointed in Arby's
I'm have been to the drive through twice in the past week. The first time when I reached the ordering menu, they abruptly closed at 7:00pm. And this last time. I would try to order, but had to start over because the order taker kept interrupting me. We started over and got my order placed. After several minutes (15) waiting to advance in line. I gave up and bailed.
I want to say this is specific location is the ONLY one I will come to anymore. It's all about the customer service!! It is a longer drive but worth it if you care about how you are treated by the staff!
