The state street Arby's is always friendly service and quick to get your order out. Their pumpkin turn over us new for me and very yummy. I love their deals and coupons on sandwiches.
Ordered a Crispy Chicken and a Smokehouse sandwich at the drive through. Got home (less than 2 miles) both were cold and stale. The onion rings on the Smokehouse were soggy. For $15 for 2 fast food sandwiches I expected better.
Went through drive thru and ordered Large Strawberry lemonade. This was a mistake. The plastic cup was more than 3/4 filled ice. Approximstely 1/2 inch ice to top of cup. Apprx 4 sips of strawberry lemonade. More than 3 dollars for this. I phoned the restaurant and was told that this is procedure per manager or owner. Three words to this. SHAME ON YOU! That was my first and last drink order from Arbys.
Service was good. Used the app and got a great deal (5 for $5 roast beef sandwiches). Food was decent (it's fast food). Overall a good experience. Will go back again.
They did not put jalapeños in any of the sliders. Also there’s a pube in this one.
I ordered some pickup food and when I arrived I was more then surprised they not only had my food ready but were more than polite and had a smiling face on my bags love it Ty!!!
Good food , only problem is it's very pricey , but damn Good eating????????????
Greeted as entered. Order taken promptly. Small wait for food, but worth it.
