Food was great, service was quick, staff was kind and restaurant was clean. However, whoever decided on the light outside right into the tree did not consider the poor birds. It is clear they are being absolutely terrorized by the blazing light right into their tree. Turn it off please, that light is helping no one
The service was wonderful. The food was hot. The only negative was that when I visited, their beverage machine was not working so the cashier had to get my drink and refills for me. Business was steady so I had to wait a bit each time I needed a refill.
Had to one star with 5 star service... Those employees were doing their best, delivering disappointment with a smile ... they had so little going for them. Items out of stock, broken ice machine, broken shake machine (literally broke while they were processing our order) ... The mozzarella sticks were ok, but the rest of everything was pretty rough. I felt like they set expectations coming through the door, so I commend them and think any employer should be glad to have this team... But they didn't seem to have what they needed to accomplish their goals.
Prepare for at least an hour stop. None of our food was correct and was like warm at best when given to us. If it hadn't already taken you an hour and we had to get back on the road, we would have come back.
Probably one of the best Arby's I've ever been too. Very clean, kind employees, quick service and everything was so fresh.
McDonald's was busy and this Arby's wasn't, that should have been a clue. But we were hungry and needed to stop to eat. This place seems to be a place haunted by old folks that didn't seem to mind that the food quality was off, at least compared to other Arby's we had eaten at. The roast beef was ho-hum and the chicken fingers greasy.
Just went through the drive thru. Too bad we left because they did not fill the order. We are missing a sandwich. The order was dt309 on 8/31/24. The roast beef sandwich was missing in case you want to make this right.
Naomi was absolutely exceptional. She fixed Colby Arby’s mess up (they didn’t give me a chicken patty). Her kindness and ability to go above and beyond really made me feel better about how I was treat at that other location
