Haven't been happy with the service at this location the last couple times. My last visit they had signs that said the lobby was open but it was locked up. I went through the drive through and they were out of some things. I made changes to the order and then they still gave me the wrong items. The fries were cold, all four orders, and the sandwiches barely had any meat on them. It's a shame bc I love Arbys and this is the closest one to my home.
Update: family chose them for dinner and we received 4 orders of overcooked fries that tasted like old grease. Yay
Ordered a large. Not large portions and the curley fries and arby sauce tazte changed itll make a terd but wont eat again fir a while
Solid experience this time and my food was hot and fresh.
Waited 20 minutes for my food. Lady at the front was nice, but she was also 100% sure she gave me my food, which she did not. Another 5 minute wait, got my food and went home. Just to find out I got the wrong stuff. Won't be going to this arbys again.
This suppose to be a prime rib cheesesteak. Never again will I order this. And the soda taste like soda water that light brown. Worst place in town. Doesn't look like the one on Television.
I love Arby’s
Staff was nice but food was not. Got kids fries with our grown up meals and only half full, plus this Reuben.
Ive had better quality food from this location than what I got today. I was asked to pull up and still got old cold fries and this super small peach lemonade. Sandwich was poorly made as well.
