Thank GOD this guy wasn’t the one who worked drive thru and prepared my food. He kept picking his nostril and wiping it on his shirt.
I came home and decided NOT to eat the meal I was grossed out. ????
Good: Fries were nice and hot, Classic RB was good. Several employees asked if they could get any extras. Bad: Took a long time to get sandwiches (no other customers). Got diet Dr P instead of regular. They corrected when I noticed. Previous customer walked in while I was waiting, they had left his burger out of his order.
Nice employees but not run very well.
Third time I've ordered from these morons and they can't seem to fill my DoorDash order. Last time I actually went through the drive throu it took forever as well.... And food was lo par! Don't see how they are modifying their building and surroundings when they provide terrible food and even the worsen service. Irregardless if this location is franchise or corporation, it needs to be closed down! Completely worthless and just taking up space! Most certainly isn't providing consumers with anything but nasty food and headaches! You all who read my reviews and follow me know that I provide fair and accurate reviews....
Had to stop coming to this location. People are great, but there's potholes in the parking lot that can very easily cause damage that hasn't been repaired. And because of the layout of the lot, you're forced to drive over them twice from the drive thru. My complaint via the website didn't get any results.
Again, staff has always been great to me.
Just went through the drive through on 8-2-22 and holy cow the food was terrible. I got a French dip swiss and instead of sliced and nice and neat it looked like all the shavings that fell on the floor and balled up and put on my sandwich. Then the taste was not what it used to be. Then the other sandwich my buddy got looked like the left over meat that fell on the floor and waded up in a ball. Not sure if they switched roast beef from sliced to wadded ball of meat but I hated it. Couldn't even stomach the rest of this and I was super hungry. Bad bad experience.
It's Arby's but how you treat ppl rlly matters!!! Would definitely return for the smiles and service!
I ordered 4 beef & cheddars, a kids meal, 4 piece jalapeno poppers & my fried food was cold/stale????they only gave me 2 packs of arbys sauce & 2 packs of horsey sauce for 4 sandwiches, 1 napkin. My beef & cheddar had 1 tablespoon of cheese on it, which made for a very dry sandwich, especially since I got shorted on sauce.
Gotta love the roast beef
