I asked for 2 roast beef sliders with no cheese. Instead I got cheese AND NO MEAT. Absolutely baffled. Usually really like this place but I'm so sad now????
Update: they were very understanding as was i and they out me in the book to get what I wanted originally for free. Very kind
Curly fries were old and soggy barely ate them
The customer service was great the staff were friendly and polite. The food however did not look like the pictures and hardly had any meat on it.
Clean and tidy place. Burgers were so delicious. Staff was so kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
What can you expect from a fast food joint off the freeway. Great shake and frys for the trip home from the coast. They were packed, but service was quick.

Having an urge to try the Cottage Grove Arby's, I used the drive thru, ordered the beef & cheese meal with fries & inquired on the freshness, was told honestly they had already been thru the heat lamp once & was on its second lap. I asked for fresh ones & Sarah said, "It's not a problem." A few minutes later, Sarah brought the fresh fries to me , even though it was raining very hard.
I was very grateful, said thank you & as i got on the on-ramp heading North, I grabbed my very fresh, very hot fries ???? only to find them tasteless, without a single grain of salt
I value fresh, hot fries & for what fast food chains charge, it's not too much to expect them to be. Thank you, Sarah, & no thanks to the employee who failed to do the most basic of tasks, salt the fries!.
*BTW The beef & cheddar sandwich was awesome, missed 5 stars due to salt. *Follow up~So the management replied to my review & didn't even acknowledge the tasteless fries. Oh well, I just won't order the regular crinkle fries, or be sure to say "salt please".
Ordered on the app. Got a free sandwich was nice. Food was all hot and fresh. Mac and cheese balls are very good. From order to pick up was 6 minutes. Super convenient when travelling up and down the freeway. Polite employees in the drive thru and inside. Will stop again.
