This was probably the first time that I've ate at Arby's in the last 20 years. The food was great and I believe this is the only place in town that has the crenkile fries ????. Highly recommend the mozzarella sticks.
Tried the new burger, thought it was overrated and overpriced. It was the first sandwich from Arby's I was disappointed with, love your fish and all the others but won't order the burger again. Stick to what you do best, Jeff Miller, Logansport,In.
Have been here several times. Food is always fresh. Staff is always pleasant.
I thought the service at the McDonald's down the way were bad.... wow. We got there, and one guy asked what we needed. We replied to the mobile order, and he called it out to the team, and the first voice back was the guy making the food saying, "Good for them, they'll have to wait." I found that comical, so I stood by to watch him make our food and listen to the girls working there saying they don't make enough money to deal with this place. I watched him make my sandwich wrong but didn't want to interrupt him in fear of conflict. Waited until they tried to serve it to us, then told them to remake it.
Food wasn't really that hot even though I watched him make it. Mozzarella sticks were like rubber and cold. Drinks were at least right.
The only other couple there had to bring their food back up, too. They also ordered it for dine in and ended up getting it all bagged. Some lady in the drive-through didn't get her fries, so she was holding up the line. Everyone on the team was arguing about what to do. Guy made the food votes to tell her to "f off," but sanity prevailed, and the girl up front said to " just give it to her to get rid of her." Who knew it could be so entertaining to pick up dinner.
Horrible service! Cashier took my order then decided to go to the back of the restaurant and hang out with his coworkers while I was still waiting on my order, I could see that my food was made and was waiting to be bagged, I called for help and nobody answered, so I kept calling and the cook told the general manager that someone upfront was saying hello and the general manager's response was "did you tell them hi" I told them what the Cashier did and that I was still waiting on my food, the cook was nice enough and bagged my order for me and made my shake, all while the Cashier was still hanging out in the back of the restaurant and while the general manager was at the counter talking to a friend, the only thing the general manager said was "let's smack the Cashier" and didn't even apologize that I waited for my food and saw that it was made and just waiting to be bagged. Do unprofessional and the general manager is doing such an awful job! Arby's saying is 'Make it right' and boy does Logansport Arby's have a long way to go! ????
I have debated to report or put it in a review for a while now but I watched a bigger girl with blonde hair reach in a bag and pull a fry out to eat it. She looked at me and gave me a look. When she came to the window her name tag read brittany. I have came back since and she is always giving looks and being so unprofessional. Honestly idk if it feels like she is just racist at this point or moody because she was caught eating other peoples food. Im fed up and will not return
Always use drive tru. For fast food, it's my go to. Chicken seems "real", unlike others that seem spongy. Their milk shake mach actually works, great choice for munchies. Huge fan of the brisket sandwich and love the chic tenders dipped in bronco sauce. Haven't messed up my order yet, great late night crew.
I stopped by to get a French dip apple turnover. They were excellent. The cashier was very polite and friendly.
