We used to love this place. My beef and cheddar was so soggy and disgusting that I couldn't eat it. What happened to the onion bun? The beef was not thin sliced and it was a weird texture. It was cold, the bun was super small and couldn't hold all of the nasty beef. Fries tasted old and cold. Most of our food went in the trash. Gross, gross, gross!! Wish there was an option for 0 stars!!
Every time we use online ordering, it is never ready and we stand around waiting. Recently was told order would be done in 5 min only to get there and order was changed to 15 min wait. They couldn't even locate the order after showing our phone confirmation. Order was still not done even after waiting the additional 15 minutes. Saw customers come in and leave with the same items that were in our order. Ended up waiting 25 min. Sandwiches were OK. Frys were ice cold.
Just got home and saw that my order was wrong, I ordered Beef and Cheddar but got home there was no cheddar. I ate the curly fries when we drove off and it was cold and hard and that’s not the worst part. My drink had a long hair in it ????
Went to arbys tonight and got among other things a regular roast beef sandwich. This was the bountiful utah location. after the first bite I smelled something then noticed a chunk of something i was chewing. Upon spitting it out and inspecting it then the sandwich i found a thick slab of meat that had skipped the shaver. It was rotten, so rotten you could smell it. I was sick instantly knowing i had this in my mouth. I saved the sandwich and contacted the store. We will see what they say and i will update this reveiw.
Normally this Arby's is good. Tonight's sandwich was so disgusting I lost my appetite. The meat on it was thick and chewy and one part was hard. See photo. So disgusting and disappointing
This is really a miserable place. When we came in it looked like some homeless people were sleeping in the corner. The lighting was not bright. Sad atmosphere. Feeling like at a metropolitan bus station.
So I went to Arby's after a concert. I ordered curly fries with my meal and when I got them I thought I was eating twigs. I'm pretty sure they just skimmed what was floating in the oil and gave it to me. This is not the norm here but wow!
Ordered three Classic Roast beef and a large crinkle fry. Got one Classic and two Beef and Cheddar Not what I ordered. And my large fry was the size of a small fry and was both crinkle burnt and curly fries. So avoid this drive thru. The gentleman that was at the window however was great.
