???? went to Arby's while out for a drive???? on Sunday afternoon what a pleasure it was to have lunch at such a clean , well lit dining area and the staff was friendly ????♀️????♀️and accommodating, five star service and the food was five star in presentation and was hot and fresh, kudos to Charlene and Rachel for an enjoyable lunch experience thank you Clearwater Arby's????????????
Sandwiches were cold, fries were cold. Did not have 3 of the 4 items we wanted. got sandwich special 3 for. The quantity of meat is less than what is on their regular sandwich. 3 sandwiches almost had the amount of "meat" that is usually on 2 sandwiches. I guess so they really don't lose any money, less $$ Less meat This place really has gone downhill.Even if I got a free sandwich a day for life, this is the last time I will ever go to ARBYS: Artificial Roast Beef, Yes Sir !
Apparently they like to turn their headsets off and then argue with customers about sitting in the Drive-Thru, The woman in charge of shift lead. Charlene was absolutely rude to me after I had to come inside to actually get my order filled after sitting in the Drive-Thru for up to 5 minutes,
I would absolutely not recommend this Arby's as the staff (shift leader- Charlene) Is absolutely rude and unprofessional and should not be working in customer service!
Will be sending the video of hw arguing with me to Corporate!!
I have selected my favorites, the only reason I’m giving a low 3 is because I never ever get fresh fries. Even when I ask specifically before I pull off my fries aren’t old right? No they just came up ???? The lies.
Went there to try the deep-fried turkey sandwich, which was actually surprisingly very good. Went through the drive-through. Attendant was pleasant. Food was good.
The lobby and bathroom are super clean. Everyone behind the counter was friendly yet hard at work. My fish sandwich meal was perfect! Bravo.
Great food pretty quick service. Seems like they actually have enough staff to manage their volume
Big price for alitte food, nothing like what is advertised, plus didn't get my full order, to much of a hassle to get back in line to retrieve missing order. Just not going back again, Ever!
