I will not be visiting this location again! I put in an online order for their “double bacon burger combo” with no tomato, large strawberry lemonade, and a 4pc mozzarella stick. I’ve ordered many times without tomato, yet every time I arrive, if “Dustin” is not there, they put tomato on it. No big deal, I just take it off. When I arrived at the location today, the person at the drive-thru had a rude response when I asked to make sure there were no tomatoes on the sandwich. I got to the window and was handed my food with a Coke. There was a mix-up when I ordered, but instead of charging me the difference, the lady charged me the full amount to swap out the Coke for the lemonade that I wanted. On top of the rude service and being charged twice for a drink, no marinara for my mozzarella sticks and my burger did not have any of the toppings I paid for—just meat, sauce, and a piece of lettuce. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! I believe the lady was management because even the employee at the drive-thru looked at her strangely while assessing the situation.
Normally I love this Arby's. Not today. Blown up cheese sticks. Sloppy beef n cheddar that almost blew the bottom out of the bag. Lukewarm tenders. Cold fries. Just almost $30 later. No biggie. This is trash. My sandwich is room temperature too. Way to go guys. Bravo.
Mixed on this one... the managers seem to be very non customer service minded... but the employees are very focused on polite customer service. In town for a conference and ate there twice and both times the managers were confrontational and the employees were very good with customer service... Food was decent.
Maybe replace the managers with some front line people... or give them an attitude adjustment.
I haven't been to this location in quite some time, but I decided to stop by. The young lady who worked the drive thru was very kind and helpful. She greeted me with a smile when I pulled up to the window. I appreciate the great customer service!
We went here for lunch today at work. Walking in we noticed how clean the restaurant was. When we ordered our food the lady behind the counter greeted us and was friendly with a smile on her face. While waiting for our food that was actually prepared fresh and didn't take long, the manager had complimented his staff on how good of a job they were doing which is something you really don't hear much in that business. Everything we got tasted good and was obviously not sitting around for a while. This was probably the best Arby's food I have had in a long time.
Recently visited the establishment like 30 minutes ago. It was a drive-through order, and we ordered the GoodBurger combo. For one, they were out of the GoodBurger strawberry shakes that come with the meal. And worst of all, I got all the way home to bite into my burger to find it pink. Not fully cooked at all. I'm talking as pink as raw meat can be. I tried calling the restaurant several times to get no answer. So I wrapped the burger back up. And I'm on my way to return it to the restaurant. I want my money back.
Got the Turkey ???? ???? gyro which was decent but always ask for FRESH fries ???? it definitely makes a huge difference. My curly fries ???? were delicious. Ohhh and the Strawberry Cream pies are EVERYTHING!!!!!
This was the best food I’d ever had from an Arby’s so I felt compelled to leave a review. I dislike fast food but I needed something quick and got the 2 for 6$ chicken sandwich and 4 piece mozz sticks. It was 9:30pm and my food was hot and crispy and came out so quickly. Staff was relatively quiet but hey shoutout to this one Arby’s for having the hottest crispiest mozz sticks around.
