Very friendly staff, and clean and tidy dining room. Everything was exceptional, food was hot, and freshly prepared, and my sandwich looks like some thing you would see in a magazine. Really a surprise in the fast food jungle. I also enjoyed using the coupon in the app, saved several dollars off my ticket.
This location was awesome! Immediately greeted from everyone behind the counter. Smiling faces all around. The customers in front of me were older and the person taking the order was extremely kind and patient without seeming annoyed. Very rare to see such great customer service nowadays. Whoever the owner and managers are, great work! The rest of the staff was A+ as well.
Stopped here to try the Good Burger 2 meal, that my son was begging to try. The food, atmosphere and employees were amazing!! Will come back again!
Walked in to order some turnovers and cookies. Had 3-4 employees look at me and just ignore me. Even had an employee come to the register and not acknowledge me whatsoever. Finally after about 10 minutes someone came from the back to take my order. Food was fine but staff were just pretty rude / ignorant.
Been about a yr so I thought I’d give them another shot. They still can’t take an order. Repeated 3 times,, then get to window and had to start over again! Even the manager couldn’t get it right! You will continue to lose my business! Theirs a decent Arby’s with educated employees in Greer.
Dry as dirt roast beef sandwich was practically uneatable even with a slathering of horsey sauce. Potato cakes are back that's the only good thing I can say about the food.
This place was not good at all. I ordered a bacon burger and curley fries. My burger came out with no bacon and when I told a worker about it she asked if I wanted a new burger or just the bacon. I told her that I would be ok with just the bacon. She brought me the bacon. It was cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. While eating my fries I found a black hair in them. I have brown hair it wasn't mine. I will never go back to that location again.????
They have good food here. The service is fast and the food is always the right temperature. Plenty of parking and easy in and out of the parking lot.
