Newer location. Service was good. Could be a little more attentive at the front counter. Didn't care for the app. Nice dining area. They do have a white fish sandwich. Give them a try and decide for yourself.
My wife and I went through Arbys on Sunday 02/06/2022. The place was not busy at all as we went through the drive thru (in fact we were the only ones there). We ordered 2 of the #1’s with 4 cups of extra cheese (we love dipping our fries in the cheese). We got our food and pulled out the cheese that we PAID for to only find the cups had been filled a quarter of the way if not less. We then went to eat our sandwich to only find that our sandwiches had even less cheese on them (see pics below). I’m trying to understand why Arbys and other companies are expecting us (all customers) to pay the same amount if not more for a product and give us (all customers) less? If companies such as Arbys and others go out of business it isn’t going to be due to “the pandemic”, it’ll be due to the lack of work ethics, and expecting more from consumers while providing less quality.
I would not recommend this location the employees are rude and food was very disappointing even after I ask the rude cashier to please give fresh fries and she told the other guy what we said he said I got u I guess that was just sarcastic because the did it on purpose to give me old fries.. I just don't understand how hard it is to be friendly and just give customer what they ask for . I work in fast food for over 15 years and we never treated customer like they did today it was a colored girl working the front the drive threw a colored boy the on that said I got u and the white guy on fries they made my experience no good I will not be going there again. And as for holding up food is a waste of food so they give it to customer the pay for food and get trash. The manager of this store need to get ontop of his store or like alot of food places closing this could be next
Burger was ordered. I get that it's wagu burger but this was cold inside and not cooked. Ada answered when I called. She said she was a manager. When I told her the problem she said she didn't have time for me and hung up. When I called back another manager Lois answered. He was a little more professional but still wanted to educate me on a wagu burger. He stated it was not undercooked without even looking at it. He stated next time I should be aware of what I was ordering. Bad service, bad food, I will not go back and hope the franchise owner looks at this review and does training with his managers. They are costing him customers and with my 30.00 bill for 2 meals and a kids meal, I'm sure they can't afford to lose customers.
I have a new baby, I am grieving because I just lost my mom so meals are few these days. I have barely been eating so I was excited to get a Burger from arby's because the lemonades and curly fries are my favorite! Oh! I love a good Burger as well. It was raw. Not sure of it's since the Uber eats praon said he was rushing them so maybe they did it on purpose but I was disappointed. I was looking forward to it. It was raw enough for me to write this review. No cool.
Wife and I often eat at Arby’s. We were at the slide road location which didn’t register on our Facebook check in. Wasn’t much of anything special from any other Arby’s other than contemporary Christian music playing, which I found very enjoyable. Food was average but I would recommend them for the atmosphere alone.
When I went in to order unfortunately my sandwich was wrong when I got home. I called the store and spoke to the manager Misty. She offered to replace my sandwich. When I got to the store she had my food ready for me but replaced my whole meal. Best Arby’s I’ve been to in a long time. She handled the instance so well.
My meat is purple and stinks definitely old meat being served.???? Don’t go for lunch. Never had this issue before at night. (I went at 12pm) 4/10/2023
