Order came to $27.07 , gave them $27.12. Had to ask for change back and when recieved only got 4 cents. Once it was pointed out had to wait for the penny. Drove off and realized we never got our drink, had to go inside with reciept and manager had horrible attitude. Curly fries were cold and stale the French Dip and Corned Beef Rueben were barely warm. We will not ever return to this Arby's Reasturant, we always had good service and quality food here in the past. Now that the minimum wage is so high these people have forgotten what Customer Service is and seem to have an entitlement attitude.
I just spent 20 dollars on a tiny sandwhich, a tiny lemonade, and gross unfresh fries that smell like they were fried in rancide oil. I can't believe they would try to pass those fries off as edible. They literally stink like nasty oil. ????
I wait 15 mints for order and no body talk you when you walk in and after I get my wrap fully loded with sauce and very cold I didn’t said for extra sauce
I ordered in the app. Hot fresh food, and good prices. Good service is always a plus. I will be back. ????
Service was great but the food was pretty terrible. They put way too much sauce on the wrap making it inedible so I only ate the meat and tomatoes out of it. I probably won't be going back.
I had not eaten at an Arby's since I was around 10. It was one of my grandmother's favorite go-to's when we visited. I'm 53 now. So, it's been awhile. I was pleasantly surprised. I was more curious than HUNGRY. It would be great if you offered a Roast Beef Jalepeno slider with a 3 piece jalepeno popper with the Bronco sauce / Small drink: that is the PERFECT size snack, wake up the taste buds, pack of power to get you through the day. At first I was eating one of those poppers and thinking how they reminded me of the ones my mom use to make us. If only I had that sweet pepper jelly she served with them and BAM! There in the bag was that berry Bronco sauce. Well done. ????
UPDATE: I asked if there was a regular size version of the Jalepeno Roast Beef Slider. The cashier/ man taking my order at the drive thru said ,"Yes". So, that it what I ordered for my drive back home. I was really hungry since I had missed lunch. When I got on the freeway I opened the bag and opened my sandwich that I fished out under the jalapenos. It was a SLIDER. Very tasty but I was thinking I was getting more of a substantial size sandwich.
It was almost eighteen dollars for a meal. When I received my sandwich the bottom bread was very hard like it had been sitting out. The dining room was dirty and the bathroom stunk.
This location is probably the one to stick with
The foods always fresh and the staff is really nice.
The Ashlan location seems to get bothered if anyone pulls up after 730
