Outstanding! Beautiful Modern done right making fast food classy, super clean inside. Joy was a ALL STAR and should be applaud for being Joyful. They were shot staffed busy and tired from day but still showed AMAZING customer service.
Nuggets were so good better than any other fast food places. Ruben was really good I was surprised. Crinkle fries were so good!
There was a miscommunication either on our side or there side on a sandwich but GM made it right, after we offered to pay for it not know who’s fault it was.
Ardys has kick up there game than in years past.
We will be frequent customers.
I’m sorry, but the staff have issues. There were 7 people working, but most were just standing around. Leaning against counters and chatting. Moving very casually, as if no one were waiting. Drive thru backed up. People waiting in the lobby. Only one employee seemed to care. Maybe most were trainees? The kitchen crew made frequent pauses to recheck the sandwich instructions, and many employees seemed unwilling to do anything unless told directly by their manager.
Took nearly half an hour to get our two combo meals. Food was cold, and one was another customer’s order.
The renovated lobby looked fresh I guess but was very chilly, and the radio over speakers was constantly playing political ads. The huge windows mostly gave us a view of the irritated people in the drive through line. Not comfy.
I’m sorry to rate like this, as the people were polite and all. But aside from one (who I assume was the manager) they didn’t seem to care at all.
It's my favorite fast food in all honesty. I just love the roast beef! I often time a trying to eat healthier just order the beef. Everyone should try it with that and some auju. Gyro is also great too!
I'm on lunch with my new work and was looking for a quick in and out. Arby's was quick and the food was hot and tasty. The atmosphere is nice and the severs polite. Not a bad location to get into. Would definitely stop there again.
Love the updates to Arby's. Kudos to you for making yourself relevant. The staff on King avenue is always kind and courteous. We always get great service
This Arby's was pretty busy at the drive thru. So we went in to make our order. That was a good call as we received are food faster than the drive thru.????
My wife and I got in the door. We were informed that we are not taking orders right now. The drive-through was busy, but the dining room was empty. Lodge grass high school bus pulled in. As the students entered, they were told to go somewhere else. I counted five employees behind the counter. We will be going to the heights location from now on.
The curly fries were hard as rocks. The Mac N cheese bites were good but expensive only got 4. The sandwichs were supposed to be doubles got singles and there wasn't anything on them. Got charged for 2 double Beef n cheddar. My large Strawberry lemonade was good. My husband's large Sprite was flat... Don't eat at this Arby's. Yucky ???? ???? ????
