Well what can I say, it's Arby's, the food is always awesome. Restaurant quality food!!! With that being said, what made our trip there is when we asked for each of the sauces, they employee gave is all the sauces , I'm not talking one of each, I'm talking about all of them, he gave us all the sauces they had in the place! Sorry to the rest of the customers that night, but that dude was on point, a while bag full of them, and every kind they had, lidos to you kid, you are super awesome! You'll prolly get fired if your manager sees you do that, but we love ya nonetheless, and that's why we tipped ya buddy. You deserved it and you made our night
The service through the drive through was great very kind and happy to help. The food was cold and chewy. Not worth $13 per person for sure.
I find it ridiculous that this Arby's can charge $6 for two sliders which are no wider than a Costco card.
I ordered turkey gyros they gave me Greek if they didn't have turkey they should have said so would have ordered something else I live to far away to return it need more training or supervision
when i came through the other day, there were two people who seemed they liked each other a lot, and we’re not doing their job. they made me wait at the drive thru to order for 10 minutes, and my food took another 15 minuets. and i didn’t come late either, it was around 8pm. a big tall guy and a girl with long black hair just stood around a lot and we’re not friendly. they left the window half open and we’re talking badly about other lqbt+ workers also. not the first time i have experience that attitude from this arbys. do not recommend.
Your staff needs training who ever owns this need to be at this location and train your staff.. kids are totally lost. Watched 1 drive up get tottaly fustrated and drive off. And then screwed up ky order tries to charge me 27 oo tor 1 classic roast beefs.. and i was asked if i was confused by one of your greener kids.. i said honey do i look confused or pissed off know the difference and dont ask

This is one our go to stop ins on the drive home. Such great food options here. My favorite is the Greek gyro
I went there to get dinner tonight at 9:30 pm and they barely put any peppers on my Philly with extra meat, there were like two peppers on the $8 sandwich... then I kindly asked for extra napkins and she handed me one napkin and refused to give me more because she said she was low. Very disrespectful towards the customer I will definitely not be coming back. Because of the horrible customer service and lack of ingredients on my sandwich.
