Chris was at the register when we walked in. He took our order and got everything we requested. He was awesome.
The mozzarella sticks are the best here, both my husband and my kids love them. My girls like the chicken nuggets too.
We ordered carry out and got our food quickly. The restrooms were clean too. Overall everything was great - the food and service by Chris. Thanks!
I never ate inside this place so I can’t rate the atmosphere lol I don’t see how they get such a bad wrap here. Food always good. Seems a bit healthier than everything else around here.
This is sort of like a primo spot if you are introverted and just want something quick. Since the store is empty most of the time, it is always clean. The staff is also pretty friendly.My favorite part though is the fries!
Food was fine but the young guy ringing up my order didn't listen well enough. He didn't give me extra cheddar as I requested on the beef 'n' cheddar, nor did he give me the correct amount of sauce when I specifically asked for 6, twice. I had to park and go back in for more.
Bigger girl with black and blond hair was very rude to crew. Particularly to this one guy telling him to get out of the way. I think she is. a manager but very rude. The crew were great though.
Sandwich was smaller than ever before and bun was moist... the sandwich left a lot to be desired. However, the cashier was absolutely wonderful ????, helpful and very kind. I think this young lady deserves a raise for sure, she was just the best,, I don't remember her name but she truly was a big help to me. I've never been treated so kindly at a restaurant and or just out in public but she did her best to help me while I was in the restaurant . The Store was clean which now days is rare for any fast food restaurant to be clean enough to want to eat in it but this Arby's store in maintained nicely.
Rudest people I ever met in my whole life kicked me out three seconds after walking in the door with my service dog when I asked if he wanted to see my usa service animal registration he threatened to call the cops on me I will never return to any Arby's in my life my dog is like my child how would he like it if I said you can't come in here out of the rain with that child I'll call the cops that child has to sit out in the rain
The staff does not act like they are doing fast food. Always professional when I've been and very pleasant.
