Double Beef N Cheddar. Gray meat with no cheese on it all after 20 minutes of listening to employees fighting about back about smoking cigarettes and the person who got whipped cream! ( Which was ME) Not five feet away. Stay away from this place. Food is disgusting and service is abysmal beyond imagination.
ABSOLUTELY FILTHY…DINE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!
So after driving for about 4 hours (across the state from the west) we decided to get off the highway/interstate and look for something to eat and to stretch our legs. We found this Arby’s which initially looked decent at a quick glance so we decided to pull in and get something to eat. We get out of the car and start stretching, while doing so I notice a black box about the size of a shoe box (maybe even slightly bigger) I walk over because I was fairly certain what it was but just wanted to confirm and sure enough it was exactly what I thought it was which is a rodent trap which was confirmed by the Orkin sticker on the box! At first I’m thinking to myself well pests can be a pain and this can happen to the cleanest of people….yeah right…. After checking it out I realized that there was another bait station approx 10 ft away and then another and another and another…. I literally stopped counting at 12 bait boxes! Oh btw these boxes are specifically used for RATS (rather than mice in which the bait stations are much smaller)! The amount of bait stations tells me they have a MAJOR rat infestation to the point that some of these stations are just a couple feet apart! When we went inside to use the bathroom the entire floor in the lobby area was covered in grease (kind of like a skating rink) which I knew from working in a fast food restaurant when I was younger that this was typically like that behind the counter where the food is prepared. This is usually the result when dirty mop water from the food prep area is used, meaning they are lazy and can’t be bothered to get fresh mop water! If anybody who is elderly or physically impaired will end up on the floor it was literally that slippery! I was absolutely shocked at just how filthy this Arby’s was and management and or corporate needs to get this addressed IMMEDIATELY! I wish I had taken pics but I was trying to get as far away from this location as possible ????????
I've not been to Arby's in a zillion years. Actually, since I was at the mall I think which is now not called the mall anymore. It's called the Commons JC Commons, but, any way to the Upoer Fount Arby's service was pretty done good to actually it did take a while considering there was so many people there, but it was. Kinda of late so I do understand all that trying to clean and close. But the store was clean a little bit cold. But for the most part, it's the same. It was very good, thank you. Arby's.
The double beef & cheddar corporate states there should be two layers of cheese and red ranch sauce well my order had a skimpy amount of cheese one verry small layer and verry little bit of sauce on this the others were not skimpy and had plenty of sauce and two layers of cheese so what's up Mgr why do you not follow the corporate recipies ??
The employees were not friendly, unhelpful almost like they didn't care about thier job. The fries were the worst. I ordered curly fries and got a box of pieces and scraps. My wife's sandwich was wrong.... and we were the only customers in the restaurant! The restaurant was very clean!
Ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap it was saturated in hot sauce to the point of it pouring out of the wrapper. Over 8 dollars for a wrap that i ended up throwing half away. Waited in the drive thu almost 15 minutes. Never again.
Waited in drive thru behind someone's boyfriend to stop chatting. 32 minutes. How is the last 3 times they have no shakes?
Always have had quick speedy service with a smile Here. Like the new 2 for 6 deals. Orange cream drink is awesome!
