Overall, let’s face it. This place is not a favorite. On the go? Don’t come here. This place ain’t the quickest with their food, however, a few weeks ago, the girl that took my order with the braids was amazing. She took my order fast and efficiently, and she was very kind. My au jus was cold and the fries were stale. It was alright.
Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.
I had to edit my post because a recent visit. This Arby's is usually slow which I understand. I'd rather wait for fairly good food than bad. The drive thru line went a little faster than usual this time BUT fries were stale, servings were meager and my SO found plastic wrapping in his sandwich. I ordered two wraps and one was great and the other was dry and wrong. Just a hunch, but I think the turnover rate at this Arby's is pretty high.
Spent 10 minutes in the line after I ordered. Noticed they were sending everyone to the parking lot without food. Asked the lady at the window if this was going to take forever and she said oh yeah…. No clue why this location has to so terrible….
If I could give any lower of a rating I would, I travel everyday through TN and GA and stop at multiple Arby’s because it’s actually real meat. And I have to say absolutely every time I go through this drive through it’s a very long wait even with no cars In line, they mess up my order every time, the food is cold and the bread on the burgers dry as can be like it’s stale. This is my 12th time passing through it in the last 4 years. Nothing has changed. Staff ignores you at the front even when you ask them for something. I give no stars to this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Hopefully they get all new staff or just close the place down ????????
It took us twenty minutes to get our food. Potato cakes were cold and it was the worst place to eat the tables were dirty and they were food all over the floor. Worst I have ever seen that place. Sorry place to eat. I will not go back there for a while.
This Arby's was very clean. They made fresh frys and the meal was great.
I went to Arby's because I had just gotten out of the hospital. I wanted to not have to cook dinner for the family, and, after a low-protein diet of hospital food, I had a craving.
The drive-thru attendant was friendly and helpful, and, after taking my family's orders took my order for the Meat Mountain Sandwich from the secret menu. The order was completed correctly and promptly, and everything tasted great. At some other Arby's I have had less-than-great experiences, but I cannot remember ever having a problem here.
