I can’t even comment on the food because I wasn’t even able to order anything. Not only is the sign not lit up so you can’t even see it when driving in the dark, the parking lot has zero lights and the menu is not lit up. I pulled in and couldn’t even see the menu to order. We live in Michigan. It gets dark early in the winter. GET LIGHTS!
Closes at 10pm but when I got there at 9:40pm there was no response at the speaker, not even a "sorry we're closed", they just straight up ignored me. I get that it's almost 10 but 9:40pm is not "close enough". I work at a fast food place that's open till 3am so I get it, but to close early and not acknowledge customers that you've closed early is incredibly rude.
The best guys work up there, they were acting like they were happy to be there, they interacted with me and just wow I normally don't leave reviews but they went over the top. Give these guys a raise very soon so you can keep them. Keep up the good work guys, from Chip the Chihuahua!! Thanks fir the pup cup
Courteous staff. Food was prepared quickly and correctly. Everything tasted amazing. The restaurant was very clean and well organized.

One of the best turkey sandwiches you can find in Macomb. Still has awesome deli meats. The prices have been essentially stagnant even though the economy has been in the toilet. The quality of the food has been above par throughout the years as well. I still recommend their new Baltimore locations because those are my home restaurants and I have been eating here for decades.
just came through, seriously when i tell you all of my food was rock hard, cold and literally not edible im serious. i wasn’t even mad but i wanted to call and tell them so maybe tomorrow since its late right now i could get a refund or another meal. i spent $23 there. rang a few times and then sent me to voicemail. insane.
Worst Arby's I have ever been to. Went there on 8/24/2022 at 2:44pm and ordered over $50 in food, many of the items were on the happy hour menu. When I got to the window to pay I was told they no longer have a happy hour even though there was a huge sign in the front window of that Arby's showing the $1 happy hour items.
When I got home I called the Arby's customer service number and spoke to someone that told me the $1 happy hour menu was still going and that I would get a refund for the difference I paid. Well never got a refund and never heard back from customer service.
