Very friendly and courteous staff. I ordered the French Dip, and my wife ordered the Turkey Ranch & Bacon. We shared an order of Curly Fries. I had a strawberry lemonade, and my wife had a sweet tea. Food was prepared correctly with the modifications that we asked for. Everything came out quickly and tasted exactly like we expected. Ignore the bad reviews and give this location a try!
I asked my GF where she wanted to eat on my break at work. She says Arby's. I may have to rethink our relationship, Arby's? Honestly I don't know how they stay in business. I never see any cars there except the employees. I think it may be a money laundry scheme. I took it like a champ tho and got the love of my life her roast beef sammich. I bought a chicken wrap. It wasn't that bad.
Avoid this location!!! Customer Service is Nonexistent, Young lady at the window wasn’t friendly, never spoke, like she had a attitude. Ordered two meals, one large and one medium and as you see a small fry. Wanted to try the new burger and this was my experience. The problem is these places don’t Appreciate customers because time after time this is the crappie service you get for high priced meals that truly aren’t worth it. Time and money wasted!!!
This burger was"old" almost burnt on the outside and slightly pink inside. It was dry and it was definitely not worth $8.
The restaurant was empty, the counter clerk knew I was waiting but she was too busy cleaning. When I asked for help it seemed I was just inconveniencing her and she took her sweet time coming to the counter.
Very disappointed. Will not be going there again.
Service is terrible! Went at about 830pm on a Saturday 2 weeks ago while I was passing through Newnan. The guy in the drive thru was so rude! We get it's hard to find good employees but to have *iss poor employees bring down the entire establishment. We just drove off
Always has hot fresh food. Staff is friendly and attentive. Recommend to anyone in the area.
Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had at any QSR. The service was hands down top notch, the food was hot and fresh, dinning area was clean as well even the restrooms were clean. I love the new fish that's on the menu. Good job Arby's. The food was so good we didn't get a chance to snap a few pictures.
The food is ok. Also, the staff in register is friendly. However, it took so long to get the food.. In addition, the kitchen staff was grabbing fries and mozzarella sticks with bare hands and put them in the fryer.. ????
