Best WLM Reviews
Save yourself the time, cost, and tastebuds and don’t come here. We should have known better coming at 7:30 pm with all of their outside lights off, when they close at 10:00pm, that they were not interested in having to work. We were the only ones in the restaurant and we had to wait to order, waited over 20 minutes for our food, the coke machine wasn’t working right, fries and sandwiches were cold, they were out of cheddar cheese, and employees lacked any kind of care. It’s no wonder everyone is next door at the Raising Canes. It’s tough for me to write negative reviews as I genuinely give every place and everyone the benefit of the doubt, but this was just bad overall. On a positive the mozzarella cheese sticks were great!
Great staff and nice and clean establishment. Try the orange cream milkshake, it's delicious ????
Update if you want good Arby’s go to Tangers Not International Speedway Arby’s is the absolute worst!! By far I didn’t order a single I ordered a double this is ridiculous it’s money out of our pocket to buy your items and you can’t or don’t care ????????♀️ to even put the effort into making sure we get the right sandwich??
It’s not your money it’s not your wages just do your job and make the correct sandwich it’s really not that difficult!!
Check the Update picture of going back to the Arby’s off Williamson Rd & LPGA
Compared to the Arby’s on ISB!!!
Huge difference!!
Stay away from the Arby’s on ISB!!! And go to the store off LPGA customer service is great and food quality and food control going out is excellent!!
Last pic is from the Arby’s off Williamson and lpga blvd
Update I call them back below and the young men working didn’t care and told me to to LPGA ARBYS ( Trust me Not a Problem) Date and Time of the 11/9/23 around 6PM Suggest a GM or a good supervisor might want to speak to your employees about the customer service issues and food issues before you guys have absolutely no business at all! Why even go to the store on international speedway if you don’t care to treat customers with respect or a bit of kindness and just do your job it’s buns and meat that tv promt tells you exactly what to do it’s really not rocket science but then again it the other stores have much higher standards for their customers!!
Walked in see about 5 people waiting for food that had been there for a good 10-30 still waiting for there food. Then took the cashier about a good 20 minutes just to take our order. Didn’t even talk to us just walked up and looked at us. They all seemed so confused and they moved like sloths. Took from start to getting our food a good 45 mins. For only 2 sandwiches and a fries! Forgot the cheese on my sandwich but I didn’t wanna ask for cheese because that could have token a good 10 mins lol.
I've never in my life been compelled to write a negative review about a fast food establishment until today. The service at this location is insanely bad. Roseanna specifically is absolutely AWFUL. Arby's should be ashamed of employing such a miserable excuse for a customer service employee. That woman should not be working with the general public. Her demeanor and utter disinterest in doing the simple task of handing people their food is ridiculous. She was the most rude worker we have ever encountered and for what? Us and the guests in front of us were polite and had very simple orders. There is no reason for her to be acting that way.
Brutal...stopped there the evening of 14 July at around 7pm. Ordered two double roast beefs, one crinkle fry, and one curly fry.
Appeared really short staffed. Only saw two people, the very nice drive through/bagger/counter girl, and some surly guy who was yelling at her. I assume he was the "cook".
The bun on both sandwiches was stale or hard. Both orders of fries were old, like they were sitting out for quite awhile. They weren't even close to fresh. I've had fresh fries from Arby's...I know they can do it.
Bottom line: I know why it's always a ghost town there.
I ordered Buffalo bites. Didn't look anything like the pictures. Swimming in sauce.
After 4 months I tried Arby's again. Must order online for special. Got to pay now on the app. NO Response. Standing at the counter, the young employee tried to figure out why. No luck. Left empty handed.
I know it's fast food but please, try to put the fries in the container and the container in the bag compared to what I just witnessed. I just saw the fries bring dropped into the container (half made it, half did not) and the container literally being dropped into the bag. I get, it's fast food but I'm a customer and that is food I'm paying for. Why shouldn't I expect that food be handled with effort?
