Had a great experience here today! I came in a little before 3pm and wanted to order the bourbon chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, that was a limited time thing only (bummer, because it was delicious). The two employees suggested that they could ask the cook to kind of replicate it the best they could with the regular ingredients that they have. Anyway, I just thought it was worth mentioning how nice it was for them to go out of their way to make me something that wasn't on the menu anymore!!!
Stopped in the drive through about 230pm on a Sunday afternoon. The lady working was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. Decided to go to sonic next door where the staff actually has great customer service. Will not be going back to this Arby’s.
The black gentleman working the drive through was on point. Fast, friendly, polite, was not stingy with the sauces. Gave me recommendations, what new things I should try and what he likes there and what I should try that's new. I wish I got his name....but customer service now a days is so bad that I would go back just for the service. He was truly a breath of fresh air and should be commended. Food was....let's be real .....it's Arby's. But I was not disappointed. 4 stars food and 10 stars for service!!!!
Those crinkle cut fries sure are good! I just wish I could get them every time I order them because I keep getting curly fries instead!
I get it, it's a pain to go start up the fryer for one order, but c'mon guys, I'd rather y'all just tell me you're out so that I can just order a sandwich and be on my way!

As long as this location has been open, I always have to wait a long time to get my food—line or no line. Usually the food and service is great so I deal with it.
I just pulled up with no line, was told to wait up front because some of the items weren’t ready where a 5 minute song was able to play twice.
There was barely any cheddar on my sandwich and the fries were dried up. No sauce for the poppers and no straws for the drinks. It sucks because I’m the only one that likes Arby’s so as a mom I rarely get to swing by. I’m disappointed that as the first in line, at lunch time. Food wasn’t ready, an item I ordered was “out of stock”, I had to wait 10 minutes for old food and an incomplete order.
Best Arby's experience I have had in recent memory. Good to see a manager that actually takes pride in their work. Customer service here is top notch. Skyler was the manager on this particular visit and I can't say enough how impressed I was with everything at this store. Not often you see any1 who takes pride in their work and actually care. Ayuana is super sweet! I'm definitely come back to enjoy her company! She made my night so much better just being perky and excited to be here!
I wanted to share that Iyuana ( I'm not sure if I got the name right) on Green Valley Ranch Blvd and Tower Rd in Denver was such a pleasure. She was so courteous and happy. I appreciated her interaction with me ????
