This is really what y'all do? One wrap with cheese on the outside with an ungodly amount of honey mustard inside and one with the whole bottle of BBQ sauce thrown on. Both are inedible. Is this a joke?
Jill an I had a fun day today! We had car maintenance., then sams, target, arbys, it was great, food wonderful, the best deals, we will be back often. Clean, nice, the guy up front was great. Price was grand.
Even with the high volume due to hurricane Helene taking out a ton of power and leaving a lot of places out of service, Nate the GM was wonderful and very kind. He kept the restaurant running smoothly and had a smile with the kindest manner the whole time. He even came out to the tables to make sure everyone was taken care of and enjoying their food (which was delicious). Absolutely will be back ????????
Kai and Elijah provided an EXCELLENT experience. I haven’t been to an Arby’s in over 20 years. The French dip and crinkle fries were soooo good! Also, the restaurant is super clean and well taken care of. Can’t wait to return.
Service from young guy working drive thru window was phenomenal! Very nice and on point. However the blonde hair young girl working with him was not: I was waiting at the counter to get Arby’s sauce(I forgot to ask for it in drive thru) she came in from outside and was on her phone..walked past behind the counter ignoring me..went around behind another area that you could see from standing in front where you place your order and stayed on her phone. The guy at the drive thru came and asked what I needed and was very nice(even apologized) but I said no it was my fault I forgot to ask. The girl came back and walked past him didn’t even look at him as looking at her phone and said I’m going to the bathroom. She has horrible customer service. She’s lucky I didn’t feel like saying something.
Service here was quick. Chicken, bacon, Swiss sandwich was tasty, but Arby’s chicken has gotten smaller each time I order one. Restaurant area was in good condition, but it appeared to be one of the older decors. May be time for refresh.
We dropped it for lunch...decided to try the new wraps..wife had beef and cheddar sandwich...it was as expected and remembered...the wraps were a disappointment...the chicken was half gristle and poorly prepared..
This is the 3rd time over a couple months 1, or all the sides meaning fries and today the potato cake have been left out of my bag . I should know better by now. Use to love this Arby's. Rite on the way home after a long day at work. But this is B's that should have to dump my bag in my seat and do a inventory for the items I paid for.
