Respectfully — go somewhere else on the next exit… We hadn’t had Arby’s in a while and this experience definitely turned us off. Came in at 2pm on a Sunday, the cashier Frankie was polite and took our order. Gave us our drink cups with ice in them, but every soda tasted warm and stale. Had to ask the cashier for more ice since the lobby machine had zero ice — hence the taste. When the family four of us came in after us and had the same problem, another employee came out with a bucket of ice, slammed the machine lid down, and finally filled it with ice. Went to grab some condiments to find ANTS crawling all over the dispenser…disgusting. Makes me concerned about the areas the customers DONT have access to. Fries were lukewarm, chicken was good but only because they made it fresh upon order. Long story short — $30 for a quick meal that was mediocre and a flat soda.
ETA: asked for a cherry turnover and just realized I was given apple. they really bombes this whole experience.
THE FOOD TASTED GOOD BUT......The people working looked very dirty! Other than an Arby's hat there was nothing that Identied them as employees. It was cold in there, no ice in the drink machine & tables were lose and shaky and chairs broken down! SAD!!!
Gave me a cold sandwich and it wasn't thin sliced roast beef.. they claimed their slicer was down and was not made like every other time I've eaten it. When they were asked to remake it I waited 20 minutes and still never got my sandwich and left
I ordered the roast beef and cheddar with curly fries and a diet. The food tasted great!! My only complaint is I've noticed the employees aren't ever welcoming or friendly. This could be improved!!!
The customer service and friendly atmosphere has gone down I feel like.
Didn't get any sauces, the wait (drive thru) wasn't fast. Took about 5 minutes to get order in at the drive thru. Food was good, service not so much.
Servers were friendly, efficient and timely . The food was cooked and wrapped well, properly heated.
This place is the worst Arbys in the country! Cold hard fries, barely any cheese on the sandwiches. The drinks are watery. And the people that work here are complete a holes. There's also mice/ rat traps in store so apparently they have rats
