Horrible experience. Parking lot was empty of vehicles but full of homeless vagants hanging about (only one vehicle, no customers inside that I could see) I was in the drive-thru, waited 12 minutes, just to ask what's taking so long employee stated over drive-thru speaker that they only had three people working and "just couldn't do it." (I was the only customer there?!) So I said thanks anyway I don't feel comfortable waiting outside for so long with all the homeless folks around.
Employee yelled something as I drove away. This just happened at the Arby's off Admiral+Sheridan in Tulsa. This is the second bad experience I've witnessed at this location. Never going back.

So today I felt to have something from Arbys. Was exploring their menu and found the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Usually I have either the roast beef sandwich or the greek gyro sandwich so this time, I opted for a change. Saw the reviews and felt it would be good and I was not mistaken. Since it was Tuesday, they had the free small curly fries along with a purchase so ordered that too. As you see in the pic, it was pretty spicy and cheesy too... The flavor was good. It had enough spice and I was satisfied.
PS: If you mix the spicy three pepper sauce and arbys sauce, it gives an awesome dip for your fries. Try it :)
For some reason I couldn't write a new review, so I'll just tack on today's experience to the one I had a year ago.
(New review 2/7/24) What's up Arby's? Easily one of the most disgusting encounters I've had with a fast food restaurant. Paid $10 for this roast turkey bacon ranch sandwich, and it had wilting, disgusting produce on it. I will never visit the Admiral location again. It's beyond me how people can put this on a sandwich to serve to another person to eat it, and have the gall to charge $10 for it.

(Old review) Ordered tenders...these are the worst tenders I've had in years. Dry, hard....flat. It's like they are pancaked into this cardboard holder. Definitely not worth the $11 I paid for them, terrible value.
I had no idea Arby's did pup cups. I always come to this Arby's on my lunch. The drive thru lady literally was letting a dog eat a pup cup from her hands. I have nothing against dogs, but give it to the owner so they can feed their own dog. Then to think this location is handling with our food. I was to shocked to take a video/photo

I know this isn't the greatest area. However I was impressed with the staff. The manager was very kind and truly cared about my customer experience.Not to mention this is the Best Arby's as far as the food quality I've experienced.
Food was fine but felt like I was treated like a criminal. At other Arby's the drink machine out front works, you can get the Arby's sauce packets and you don't get watched like you're going to stear a napkin. Understand the part of town but damn!
I am VERY HAPPY the brought back POTATO CAKES but it says limited time only. Damn. That's the only reason I came back to Arby's because those crinkle fries SUCK!
As I wanted to eat here I came in a was not greeted and then this cashier was making a shake and I noticed he took his gloves off to use whipped cream and noticed his nails were not clean so I turn around after 6 mins of waiting time.
Ordered a French Dip & a Market Fresh Turkey Sandwich. I got back to my hotel when I realized I didn't get the Aujus for my French Dip & then when I opened the turkey sandwich the lettuce on it was old & slimy, the tomato was hard & white, the bread was stale & stained with the slime from the lettuce. It was completely disgusting! So, I drove the 6 or 7 miles back to the restaurant and told them about the turkey sandwich being disgusting & not getting my Aujus for my French Dip. They were going to make me another turkey sandwich & I said I just wanted my Aujus & my money back for the other sandwich. They did just that with a small "sorry" in a whisper. I was so not impressed. Then later I reheated the Dip sandwich & about a half hour later I got stomach cramps & was stuck on the toilet for about an hour. Definitely was not going back there during my trip! Horrible!
