Went for a quiet dinner. Only 6 people in the dining room. Two happened to be old ladies, one with a little dog in a sweater, not a service dog vest, in a stroller. We left after 10 minutes and not finishing our meals because the mutt wouldn't stop barking. No employers would ask her to leave. Not sure how she was able to bring it in anyway. They should've been asked to use the drive thru.
The guy on the headset literally sighed as if he didn’t even wanna take my order when I pulled up. I asked for a Greek gyro and got a turkey one, it was cold and hardly edible. The crinkle cut fries were hard and cold, wasted my money here. The manager at the window was blunt and rude as well.
The lady that ordered our food tried to argue when she put the wrong order. She was indeed blunt and rude. Not very good customer service but we did end up getting extra potato cakes.
It as good food. I like to sit down to eat on hot days. I wish the tables were a little cleaner. I know it is not always the employee problem. People need to pickup after themselves better.
Loved the atmosphere nice music enjoyable. And good food.
It's Thursday afternoon during the noon rush, there were about six cars lined up in the drive-thru. I went inside thinking I would get through the line more quickly, I was in and out the door in under 5 minutes and the entire line of cars was cleared in that same time frame
This crew was killing it, It was quite fun to watch how smoothly everything was running during my brief wait.
As someone who appreciates a good running machine, i think this Arby's has it going on today. A+
I’ve been to many Arby’s . But this location was by far the worst.
Drive thru order. I live 45 miles away and got home missing 2 items I paid for.
2nd 1 of the items I did get was made horrible. Ruben sandwich. Half of the sandwich had no meat in it.
I did voice my concern using the customer service website.
No I didn’t get any compensation for it. As I will not return to this location.
Great food was made fresh staff working today was very helpful and friendly... store was very clean and remodeled .
