Due to the recent hurricane, grocery stores are running low on a lot of items. I was in search of 2 hamburger buns. After first stopping at McDonald’s and being rudely told that they would NOT sell me buns, I went through the drive-thru at Arby’s. The girl taking orders was so kind she even offered to toast the buns for me. I know it’s an odd request, but the fact that they kindly assisted me and were super friendly really impressed me. In these times a little bit of kindness goes a long way.
We ordered on Arby’s on the app before arriving to pick it up at the location. We used some sort of coupon or deal in the app. I didn’t get a meal to save money, because Arby’s is kind of expensive. I got the five-piece chicken tenders with ranch and a side of small curly fries. The curly fries were as expected. I’d not had the chicken tenders before, but they were not very good. They tasted very dry and unflavored. The ranch sauce that came with it was good. I wish I had gotten the mozzarella sticks, because I tried one and it was good. The people working got my order out minutes after I arrived, which was awesome.
Beef'n cheddar, nothing better. Nice new store. Second visit:
Came back for dinner and to try the burgers. Store very dirty in dining area, looks like not cleaned all day. Service very slow.
Crinkle fries cooked hours earlier? Tastes so.
Burger cooked in deep fryer according to cashier. Very very well done and crispy. Wasted $23. Good luck to management and owners. Can't recommend this restaurant.
The worst service! When you go in to order the wait time is absurd! The people that work there should all be fired! The food was awful got a beef and cheddar and it was cold! Not to mention it tasted Nasty! The people that work there sounded like they were having and looked like they were having a good old time talking and laughing. After we finally got our meal it was wrong had to go back in and ask for what was missing. That person wanted to see my reciept like i was lying! When the one that asked me for the reciept was the one that filled my order. Also that employee mocked me when i said do you want to look in the bag made some sort of mocking sound to me! Very unprofessional! And the nose rings and lips rings sickened me. Really Arbys you can do better than that. I will never go back to that location in Marion,NC again!
My orders are always right! Super hot food, friendly fast service! I recommend ????
We wanted to get the Philly cheesesteak we’ve been bombarded with on tv and they don’t sell them anymore but they’re still on the menu. We ordered a French dip and they didn’t include the au jus. I wanted crinkle fries so I ended up with 3/4 of an order of fries with crinkle fries on top and curly fries underneath. This is by far the worst Arby’s ever in the history of Arby’s (my favorite overpriced fast food restaurant).
Went to Arby's in Marion nc and order 2 of the roast beef classic and small order of curly fries and got home and they gave me 2 roast beef cheddar sandwiches. Better check your food before u leave And been trying to call them since 6:30 and no one is picking up phone it has a busy signal.
Drove thru was busy sp I went inside and am glad I did. The person taking my order was great! The sandwiches were delicious as well.
