This Arby's was extremely dirty. In talking NONE of the tables were clean and the bathroom was literally disgusting. It might have been all these horrible things today, but I'm not coming here again. I got the crispy chicken bacon swiss sandwich and omg it was SO good! The chicken was perfectly crispy and tasted close to Chick-fil-A. It was a tad bit dry though. I ended up putting ranch on it lol. For some reason the water tasted dirty? Gross. The curly fries were soggy and room temperature and the mozzarella sticks were wayyyyyy overpriced for the low quality cheese sticks.
My food was great but when they got my fries what seems to be the general manager grabbed them bare handed from the top? Very unhygienic. He also was being very disrespectful towards the kids he has hired. It says the general manager is micheal morrow on the outside, I’d avoid eating here until it says otherwise.
Food was hot and fresh. I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich and had to drive back up there, the employees fixed it with 0 hesitation or attitude, now that’s rare customer service you don’t see in fast food. I will be a repeat customer at this location from now on!
This location is the worst when it comes to door dash. They put in the wrong sides or don’t put the correct amount that you pay for. No napkins or sauce. Just very dissatisfied with this service. It really can’t be that hard. The mozzarella sticks is supposed to be a 6 pc and the jalapeño bits is supposed to be a 8 pc. I only got 5 on both.
Everything keeps going up in price ,but for under $20, the food was at least hot and fresh. The jalpeno poppers were good ,and the brisket sandwhich had a good amount of meat on it. The service was great and the area was clean!
I have never tried Arbys in my entire life and I was very biased and i never wanted to try it and hated it for no reason other than I thought arbys is disgusting and why would you put lunch meat on a burger bun but literally I just tried it and its so good. New favorite chain restaurant along with taco bell. They also got order correct and service was good and the greek gyro wrap was good and fries were hot and fresh and the rootbeer wasnt flat, will definitely go back and try the french dip and swiss. It all really just depends on what you order, they even got burgers too that I didnt know. Arbys is now my new favorite chain restaurant and had no problems in drive thru this place.
Pulled up to the drive thru and were informed they were out of roast beef. Wouldn’t have any ready for one hour. What? Guess they really don’t have the meat. ????♂️ A literal roast beef establishment with no roast beef. Wow.
Food is consistently good. But why is everything sticky?
