Fried turkey ???????? Not to sure about that it's really like eating some good Bores head lunch meat at it's finest, Bacon literally had no taste so disappointing, Here's a good 1 had to pull up cuz we were told they were gonna make are stuff fresh, ok I'll play along ???? Pull up sat there 2 min and here he comes with are fresh made was not hot come on really fresh ???????? Nice try ????
So this review is not going to have anything to do with the location but specifically the new smokehouse wagyu burger.
First impressions when I took the burger out of the bag it had some decent weight to it. I unwrapped it and I wasn’t that excited because I really couldn’t see the meat. The menu said that it was cooked medium well which I don’t know if that’s the case more like well done. I was struggling to find the seasoning which I don’t know if they even season the burgers or if the burgers are even fresh. I’m assuming that these are frozen and then heat it up. It had the sauce on it that was a little tangy and it wasn’t bad. It was actually smaller than I was expecting. I think my hopes were high coming to Arby’s and not getting roast beef and trying to get a burger. I got the combo with the drink and the curly fries and it was $9.21. Not terrible but it really didn’t do anything for me and I’m still kind of hungry.
I would say if you haven’t had it yet you’re really not missing anything. I’m thinking the next time I want a burger I go to a burger place and not a roast beef place.
I visited this location and the team members and manager Tracy is so awesome . The store cleanliness inside and out was immaculate. No long waiting time with friendly service. Thank you Tracy and your team for doing a fantastic job!
I love this Arby’s! Every time I come in here they continue to be one of my favorite fast food spots. The combination of great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a place I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend!
The food here is your typical Arby's: great roast beef and curly fries. However, the service here is atrocious and team management is non-existent. My family typically visits other Arby's locations, even though this one is less than a block away.
My most recent visit reminded me why we avoid this location. After placing a drive thru order, I was instructed to park my car to wait for fresh mozzarella sticks. After about 10 minutes, my order was delivered to another car, then brought to my car with an apology. However, it was missing the fries I ordered, so I went inside to get them. I had to wait again for someone to come to the register to make them even aware of the mistake (the 3 employees on a smoke break were not interested in helping), only to find that there were no fries available, so I had to wait even longer for fresh fries. Save your time and money and visit another Arby's!
They completely fumbled the bag on my order, forgot to give me any sauces and forgot my fries. Also expected me to eat messy boneless wings with no cutlery.
I’d go inside and yell but I’m too lazy so it seems like god was on their side, but next time I won’t be so nice.

I ordered 2????5.00 Roast beef classic but I wanted four didn't know how to do it.Approached window, Greeted by Nick at the window He was awesome ...said.. no problem we can double that.. andALSO I told him I wanted my fries to be full because I hate when they're only half he said oh I'll take care of you.....
So with the coupons
4 for $10.00 and small curly fry.
12.50 for my work lunch tonight & snack on the way.
