This was a good stop, especially if your looking for your food to be prepared Keto. I ordered the Reubin and the 1/2 pound Beef as lettuce wraps. Both were very good. Good job for using full lettuce as well. Above all, the service was great. We had a receipt issue but because of the older attendants great attitude, totally not a negative. Good job all around.
Went tonight to the North Ave location. the lobby is flooded with about 1/2 inch water throughout, nobody cleaning up just wet floor signs. The place looks filthy. We were only ones there & waited 15 mins & were never acknowledged. We left & drove to Hwy 6&50 location, were promptly greeted, waited on & served.
This is ongoing problem with North Ave location. We won't be back. Will drive further for good service! (Any service actually)
Not normally one to complain, as I worked many fast food jobs as a teenager, including this same Arby's.. But after waiting for 10 minutes in the drive thru for our chicken strips to cook (which was okay) we expected we would be getting our other food fresh as well. Well we ended up with half full French fries that were super cold, missing one sandwich completely, and the roast beef about made me throw up.. It was the most disturbing thing I have ever seen.. It was thick rubbery and hard. Looked like it had been sitting all day long.. I couldn't eat it at all.. After spending almost $40 I would expect way more... This was a terrible experience! Very disappointed!
Poor quality and slow service. This is a regular roast beef? Compare to what they advertise as you drive through.
Owner responded to my review with a link to give more details but the URL isn't complete or not working. Google maps view doesn't allow for the entire web address to be viewed. Please provide a link that works or a number to call. I had reached out initially after my experience to the survey/number on the receipt to provide feedback with all my details but never had a call or reach out from the store.
Service is poor atmosphere is poor I Manager not sure what her name is, but she’s an older woman. She is very rude. I would never apply at this restaurant. I would never refer anybody to this restaurant. It is dirty. Some of the employees are rude. The managers rude they need to hire Better management
We eat here once week almost and it's never disappointing the service isn't bad but could be better but All around pretty good experience almost every time
They didn't have my food ready, no other cars in drive thru and they asked me to park in their waiting spot. When I asked why, it's hot out and shared here, there's no other cars in line. She said there is a timer on how long the vehicle is at the window and I needed to park to wait. IMO, that's falsifying your metrics. Not a single car came thru before I received my food.
Went to Arby's yesterday. The fries were old and chewy, and the roast beef tasted terrible. I couldn't even eat the sandwich, it tasted as if the roast beef had sat out and soured. I will no longer be eating at this location.
