Nicest guys at this Arby's! They were quick, the food was piping hot and fresh, and they were even nice to my dogs and guinea pig riding with me. It's rare to find outstanding customer service these days but the two gentlemen working there today were awesome, truly appreciated their kindness!
GOT THE TYPICAL RESPONSE!! NO REAL PERSON CARES.
I bought my husband a gift card for his birthday in March. He used it once and had a balance of $7. Tried to use it again and was told they no longer take gift cards. They still sell them though. SCAM!!
Continually get overcharged on specials. If that wasn’t bad enough we did not get all of the order. Called and talked to Courtney (manager) and she couldn’t explain the receipt either. We’ve gone there a bunch but won’t be back. Third strike, we’re out.
David and Gage were two of the most respectful employees I’ve seen in a long time…. This restaurant got it right when they were hired…. I’d give 10 stars if it were possible. They were definitely raised right.

Quite possibly the slowest Arby's I've ever been in. Completely disorganized in the back and the staff walk around with 0 enthusiasm and minimal customer interaction.
The radio is at full volume, ads playing simultaneously at full volume over the soda machine, and employees taking training on pads at full volume.
The food was pretty blah, except for tastey curly fries. Those were good.
All of us ended up sick about an hour later.
Very impressed with the morning crew. Very friendly. I cant remember the last time that I got a sandwich from an Arby's that was as neatly prepared as the one i had from this one. Normally they are just thrown together.
We stopped. Made our order. Then they said they would not accept gift cards. What kind of an Arbys won't take their own gift cards? We left. No food. ????
