Pulled up said hello how you doing the girl just ignored me and said what did you want. Rude. After I placed my order I said thank you again no response. Rude
Then the same girl in the drive thru mumbled under her breath some smart remark because I said no to donating to whatever cause she was asking for money for. Then she immediately told me to pull forward. I was counting my change and another female the manager came to the window and said I needed to pull forward. I asked why there's no one else inline. She said it messes up their timer. I said is that corporate policy she said yes. Horrible customer service. I got a refund and left. No thank you.
Today (10/31-2024) at 3pm I pulled through the drivethru The lady at the outside menu was elderly and had been there for a while because she was talking into the speaker trying to get someone to reply and was visibly upset. I waited from 3:04 to 3:21 and the lady in front of me still sitting there waiting as well and 2 trucks in back of me.. Employees with name tags on were standing out front drinking sodas and having what looked like a fun conversation while everyone waited. I tried calling the local store number 2 times, no answer. Finally talked to the truck in back of me and he backed up enough so I could get out of line and leave - btw, You really should try Hardies "Frisco Burger" it's delicious and that's where I will be spending my money from here on..I wish I had the option to give it ZERO stars !!!
I love Arby's!!! Super underrated fast food, everything here is good. We went on a Sunday afternoon and they were super busy and actually out of Roast beef. I got several sliders, shake, and fries. They were super quick to get our order out. Food was fresh and super hot. Restaurant was up to date, service was fantastic, the whole restaurant very clean. Zev Henry had exceptional service and was super professional.
Lots of great employees working, and very friendly. Service was very slow at the counter and the tables and restrooms needed attention. With every other table being off limits due to Covid, there needs to be someone cleaning them. Food was great.
Very good and good portion sizes, compliments to the maker when I come through at night, also the young man in the drive-through, very nice and polite :)
Asked for a fresh cooked chicken bacon and swiss only for it to come out dripping with honey mustard all over made a huge mess wasnt too happy
I just went and got food chicken bacon & Swiss it is refried very hard I can barely bite into it & my fries are old. I paid money and can’t eat or enjoy my food.
1. Didnt the sauce I requested and my dd was guaranteed it was in the bag (he couldn’t check because the safety sticker).
2. Didn’t get the cheese I PAID for.
3. The curly fries are SO dry and hard, it hurts to chew
4. As seen in the picture, there was BARELY any cheese in the sandwich.
5. The person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY Unprofessional when answering the phone.
I will never order from there again. Especially when having to pay extra because it was a dd order.
