Thank you for not only having our online order ready but for having our order perfect and the extra Arby's sauce. This location rocks! I wish our Texas location was this good. The staff was very friendly and always smiling even when they were super busy.
It was nice to walk up and grab our food and eat it.
**UPDATE** Just left there about 20 minutes ago and came home with the WORST chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. The chicken was so tough I couldn't even bite into it. Feeezer burnt probably would be my guess. I asked for ranch to dip my fries in and got mayo packets. HORRIBLE experience. I ate the bacon and cheese off the sandwich, the rest went in the garbage.
Extremely friendly staff. Had to wait but I'll wait for fresh food any day! It didn't take long and they gave me a drink while I waited. I couldn't have asked for better service. Definitely plan to return.
Always helpful I love the food and it's always fresh. The staff don't rush you, and they always get my freaking order right.
The absolute worse experience I've had at Arby's but it was also the 1st time I've eaten inside. 1st of all, when we got our food my fries were cold so I took them back and I feel like all they did was drop them back in the fryer and give em back because they were over cooked once I got them back. Then on top of that my gyro was not all that warm. The bread was cold and it was just not as good as I've had it when I go thru the drive thru.
9-22-19 Sunday night dinner. While driving to the hotel I spotted a Arby’s. I have never been to a Arby’s before. Let’s stop why not. The people behind the counter were really polite and very helpful. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich meal with a sweet tea. ???? the Buffalo chicken was delicious and the tea was good as well. The restaurant was clean. I’m not sure if what I experienced overall with this Arby’s is consistent on a daily basis but I will find out. I would definitely return to this location. Good job
West monroe location is consistently good and fast!!! Always clean and the staff is friendly! Unlike some other restaurants in this area they value the customers.
First visit at the new location and not disappointed. Staff was friendly. The food OK. 2 for $5 fish sandwiches. The place was clean. No problems with this visit.
Little slow in drive they, but we were also there pretty early after opening. Food was good though.
