I received a DoorDash order at 1030Pm on 10-2-24 And I got here at 10:43pm and nobody was here even tho the drive thru says they are open till 12am this is ridiculous and unfair to the customers. Hire some new workers smh
A decent place to grab a bite to eat. Nothing too special about this Arby's. Service is great and the food that you would expect. Can't go wrong regardless.
Richie was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly and addressed me by my name each time I came up to the counter for my order or sauces. The place was very clean. Food was hot and fresh. All employess were super friendly and thorough. I have never encountered an Arby's like this and it was worth the trip from the next town over that i live. Will definitely be back!!
Went here tonight for supper. Ordered some sandwiches and a pop and a shake. We ate the meal, checking several times to see if the shake was ready. My son went up once, and was told "10 minutes". Mind you, this was after we had gotten the rest of our food, so it had been 10 minutes we were waiting already. He went up again a while later, and they told him 3 minutes. About 5 minutes later, after we had finished our entire meals, we went up to the counter again. No one was behind it; they were farther back. I cleared my throat loudly, nothing. So, I started saying loudly "ding ding ding" like I was ringing a bell. I said I would like a refund for my shake that I never got. The young man said snidely, "it's cooling down now".(I think it was running thru a cleaning cycle?). I said, yes, but we've waited for some time and we have to leave now (we were from out of town, and needed to get back on the road to go home). He refunded my shake, and practically threw the receipt at me. I told him in the future that it would be helpful if he told customers that there would be a delay up front, so they could decide whether or not they wanted to order it. He said "it's not my fault". The same young man, when we first walked in, was counting out a drawer, and pretty much ignored us for at least 5 minutes. It was poor service all the way around, and the young man was downright rude to us.
It's Arbys. 2 for $6.00 deal. Potato cakes are back. Arbys sauce plus some horsey sauce is my combo.
got to window and my reuben sandwich was already ready. and this was a superb sandwich. from ordering, paying and getting my food then leaving took maybe 3 minutes max. was incredible how fast the service is here.
Love there, cheese sticks, and wish they had their fish sandwich ???? was year round.
Went thru drive thru had to repeat order five times, just got. 2 five piece fish pieces and 2 large fries...had to wait for five minutes for fresh fish which wouldn't be a problem but fish was warm and fries ice cold. Waste of money....will not make this mistake again.
