Excellent food and selection.

Best quality in the fast food industry. Good selection of sides and the roast beef is top shelf. Even the fish and milk shakes are decent. The management at this store is very helpful and friendly. Britney in particular does a fabulous job of taking care of the guests. The place is always clean and neat. I highly recommend this location.
The food quality is typically consistent with fast food. However on our most recent drive through trip, we were disgusted to find a soggy filter from a cigarette in the bag among the premium nuggets. The bag only contained nuggets and was shut until we arrived home. When my son went to take the nuggets out of the bag, the cigarette butt fell onto the table. My son was mortified.
I called the restaurant to let them know about the experience and was simply told that no one there smokes so they don’t know how this happened. I’m not sure if this was a teenage prank or an accident, but it is very disturbing. I would have expected more concern from the employee I spoke with. There was no apology, no offer to refund the meal, only a comment indicating that no one at the restaurant could be responsible.
Drive thru so I can't speak about atmosphere....but it's a typical fast food joint with yummy menu....I need more jamocha shakes...they are very very delicious
Did not give me correct number of roast beef.sandwiches, apparently can't count. I tried to call about this but no one answered the phone. Contacted Corp. Office, was promised coupons for their mistake. Still waiting. Terrible customer service, will never go there again.
I always love Arby's. Tried their app which is grest. However, Arby's needs to stick to putting the food orders on the shelf in their store for pick-up. I was waiting in line when I could have grabbed and go, only to have the counter person tell me the food was waiting on the end of the counter for 5 minutes which means the 5 I stood in line was actually 10 minutes of semi warm food..
I will go back again. The food is too good not to.
Just ate here we both got raw chicken sandwiches . Made it half way thru eating. If I get food poisoning this will not be the last they here of me!!! I saved the disgusting evidence of there careless negligence!
They had the roast beef sandwich's all ready made up sitting on the counter hoping to sell them, they were not hot just warm, same thing with the potato cakes, everyone was just standing around on their phones!
